Steak 'n Shake review: my san frisco prime hamburger

I ordered the san francisco prime sandwich and didn't get what I wanted I returned it the waitress argued with me before taking it back took 20 minutes for me to revive it and it was cold they did take it off our bill but still it is as horrible. The restaurant was filthy the floors was gross like have not
Been mopped for awhile and there was food on the floor
