For the 2nd time in 2 weeks not only has my order been missing some of what's supposed to come with it but I'm also told that they dont have any... like cookies or whatnot. No effort has been made to comp me in any way. Same thing happened to my dad too..this is very frustrating considering how much we like steak n shake, but were just going to choose elsewhere to go if this keeps up.
