We sat down and waited for 15 minutes before someone helped us and that was after we asked if someone was going to help us. We saw 3 other tables get sat and have their drink and food order taken before us. We had bot been to a Steak n' Shake in a long time and we will not be coming back after this horrible horrible service! The only reason we stayed and didn't walk out is because the kids wanted milk shakes. Never again! Not this location at least!
