Steak 'n Shake review: service

I went to the Covington Louisiana location today and asked if they had a specific burger because I didn't see it on the menu. I asked for the single steakburger and the lady wrote that down. She brought me my burger and it was a double. I never get a double burger because its too much. I went to the counter and the lady told me they discontinued the one that I wanted so she charged me for the other one that I didn't even ask for. Now I had to pay for a burger that I only took a few bites out of and my chili was gross as well. I never even got any chili, it was straight soggy beans. I am very disappointed in my visit to this location today.
