Steak 'n Shake review: poor service

These employee have no sense of Urgency to help customers. I placed an online order for pick up at 3:15pm and did not get my food until 3:48pm. The staff just stands around socializing and oblivious to what they are being paid to do. I will make sure everyone i know is aware of how horrible this location is. They need a Huge wakeup call!
