Steak 'n Shake review: my order and service

I ordered 3 meals one of which was supposed to have bacon there was no bacon or tomatoe. I also ordered 2 milkshakes one of which was not frozen at all and was more like soup. They also did not offer a receipt. I was told there was no salads or blts when they are on all of the menus while I was trying to place my order. And everything was covered in excess grease.
