Steak 'n Shake review: messed up order

We ordered a Frisco melt large meal and a western bbq n bacon burger large meal but received two frisco melts with small fries. When we called to complain, they said the ticket was right and that we must have been wrong ordering. There was no acknowledgement of their lack of communication about what we ordered, they never repeated our order back to us to clarify what we asked for, and they did not offer to fix their mistake. The man on the phone was rude and unhelpful.
