Steak 'n Shake review: Long wait time

We went to steak & shake to eat after our movie time & when we got there, there we were the customers inside - as we ordered our drinks - they came - then we ordered our food which it took 30 minutes to recive our food as we have never ever waited that long for food. So there for this time there was not a pleasent visit as our waitree was good. Just dont understand why a 30 minute wait for our food after we placed the order. Id appriciate it of someone gets back to me on this
