Steak 'n Shake review: I am registering a complaint about your store in knoxville tn on 310 wild geese rd

I have been to this restaurant multiple times but never had such a horrible experience it was the first and last time for a family friend. It was busy as usual not an issue we were ignored so we had to put our own names on the waiting list was skipped over finally seated and ignored while people seated after us got to place drink and food orders after 15 minutes I requested to speak to a manager and was told that he was in training and they would get me the other manager. That manager never showed up a waitress finally took our orders but people seated after us were already eating. This is not acceptable.
