It took over 30 minutes for our food to arrive, and NO it was NOT busy! Broken stools at the counter. The atmosphere was very generic it could have been any other fast food place, not like other Steak N shakes I've been to, those had a real "diner" feel. Food was cold, 2 of the milkshakes we ordered never were brought to the table we had to go ask for them and to top it off the milkshake were not prepared correctly, missing ingredients (dark chocolate, candy), not mixed properly and totally not what was ordered. No apology or discount...NOTHING
BIG DISAPPOINTMENT will NEVER go back to this location!
