Steak 'n Shake review: drive thru experience

When we got there, the line was pretty long. which was not really the problem. When i got to the menu to take me order, the girl rudely told me to go ahead with my order. When we got to the window, she was also talking rudely to the other customers ordering. We ordered a double burger, a triple burger, fries, and condiments. We got all the way home to see that we have a single burger, 2 fries, and a cup of chili. i don't understand how you can give rude service, take almost 1 hour to serve us, and still get the order completely wrong! Never again.
