This is complaint is about the steak'n shake in Belleville Illinois off west Main Street. They have a reputation of always having some reason as to why they are not serving food. Tonight it was due to "technical difficulties". This is a regular thing for a restaurant that is suppose to be open 24/7. They are just lazy and I think corporate should be aware that there are individuals out there running their business that are neglecting their guest.
