Steak 'n Shake review: All of it

Horrible service. Location is not clean. The table to the right of us had a hair in their food. Food was not cooked well. This was the worst steak and shake experience I have ever had. I'm very surprised this location is still in business. Our waitress also had no clue how to properly handle food. She would hold milkshakes against her chest and let her fingers touch the food on our plate. Her name was Jessica. I wanted to summon the manager but after I watched the way he acted with the table beside us I figured there was no point since he barely cared or even spoke to the table. The cooks in the back were covered in grease. The manager was dripping sweat everywhere. I was scared to eat my food and Even more scared to send it back for fear of it getting tampered with. -1/10
