Steak 'n Shake review: hygiene/food hazard/dining

I was disappointed at my dining experience. I ordered a burger with parmesan fries and received the regular fries. My one year old daughter almost consumed raw chicken. The chicken fingers we received weren't fully cooked. I cut into them and saw a little pink first, then cut the middle and saw it was completely pink and raw.
And the third unappealing thing, I ordered a strawberry shake, and it got served with a black hair on the glass.
Being a kitchen manager myself I was so disgusted, I didn't want to tip this is the last time I go to this location.
