My complaint is not about a particular store or the customer service I received at the store. My complaint is that Starbucks has forgotten. What a good cup of brewed coffee taste like. I remember when every time I went to Starbucks, the coffee was so good then I remember when I’d go to Starbucks and sometimes the coffee was so good. Now I don’t go to Starbucks because the coffee is never good. They’ve gotten too caught up in all their mixed coffee beverages. About the Customer, who just enjoys a quality cup of brewed coffee.

Recommendation: Save your money and make your coffee at home
