Stanley Steemer International review: carpet cleaning

Had them out two weeks ago to clean a rental unit and when they left i still had carpet full of dog hair and the carpet smelled bad. I called and complained and asked for a refund or partial refund and they wanted to sell me another cleaning job and said if they did that for every customer they'd be out of buisiness but if you do the job like you are supposed to you would not have unhappy customers. I'll NEVER use or recommend them to ANYONE...BAD BAD BAD service
