Cleanify definitely has some work to do, especially in their approach to handling complaints. Responding to all complaints, rather than just a few, is the key to success and a high rating, as all customers want to be heard. As for reviewers, we would advise reading resolved complaints to see how quickly they were addressed and what information Cleanify needed to resolve them.

Cleanify Cleaning service

Cleanify is absolutely terrible. I contracted two cleaners through them that didn't show up, finally, one showed up 2.5 hours late. Since there was only one cleaner, it would obviously take twice as long. Since it was a clean to move in to a new house, I would have just been stuck there for 4 hours while she cleaned. So, I refused the service, and had to clean myself.

Cleanify finally did offer me a refund--that is the least they could do given that they provided me with nothing but wasted my day--but I have never been able to actually speak with someone and the refuse to get back to me. They gave me a $10 off promo for another cleaning service as if I would ever pay them another dime. The implication is that an entire day of my time is worth $10 to them, and that is insulting.

When people say that "you can't talk to a real person" they are often exaggerating. With cleanify this is literally true. Their entire system is apparently set up so that they don't have to actually pay any customer service people.

I understand that obviously third party contractors can sometimes fail to do what they're supposed to, but when your entire business model is to facilitate and orchestrate third-party services, then you need to take some responsibility, which they refuse to do. Moreover, the cleaning company itself--called Homehelper Housekeeping in NYC--is run by a sociopath who started yelling at me because they were too incompetent to show up.

All in all, every step of the way Cleanify proved completely incompetent and in unresponsive. You would be much better off just contracting directly with services, because Cleanify offers nothing but headaches and $10 off coupons.

Cleanify House Cleaning

I hired Cleanify in the past to clean my 6 bedroom and 6 bathroom home using the same cleaning company Cleanify hired before "Mary's Cleaning Services". The results were satisfactory for $230 so when I was expecting company I decided to hire Cleanify again.
On their website they ask how many bedrooms and bathrooms the applicant has so I again filled in 6 for each. Cleanify estimated that the cleaning would take 6.5 hours and they would contact Mary's Cleaning to do the job.
One person from Mary's showed up (not two like before). The "cleaner" physically was in our home for 4 hours and cleaned only the bathrooms. The kitchen and rest of the entire house was not touched. When I got home I took pictures of everything that was not done and contacted Cleanify asking to have someone do the job completely as before.
The company responded to me with the email below:

We do apologize for the late response as we need to check other details to provide resolution on this matter.
I was able to talk with the cleaning service provider about the issue and what was advise is the cleaning time is not enough to do the whole cleaning. Moreover, it seems, the place requires more of a thorough cleaning which really requires more time than the given amount of time booked.

Allow us to give you $25 discount on the next appointment, feel free to advise as well if you are willing to have additional hours for this, in that way, the cleaning service provider could be able to cover everything.

Of course, if you have other questions or concern, please do not hesitate to email us back.

Wow, who wouldn't want to work as a cleaner for Cleanify? Do nothing and get paid regardless. No accountability.

Cleanify Poor job - no refund

Came on Tuesday...very poor job. Dust everywhere, stains on walls, winders were not washed, bathrooms and stove filthy. Manager refused to give me a refund. They sent the same ### out the following saturday to "rectify" his mistakes! No was was I gonna let him in! Horrible service, horrible managers.

I would like to start a class action lawsuit against this complnay. Anyone interested?

They did a terrible job, and kept asking for money back with no success. I would not recommend Cleanify Cleaning to the people as this company prefers fraudulent activity instead of honest business. Attached a picture of the floor after the cleaning service, as dirty as before.

Cleanify - Close them down!

I would not recommend Cleanify Cleaning to the people as this company prefers fraudulent activity instead of honest business. I was their victim once and I don’t understand why this company is still on market!!! Close them down!
