I hve a doctor bill and a hospital bill I owe for. I've been paying for the bills as I get them every month. I was on a payment plan. Then all of a sudden I start getting notices from a collection agency. So today 8/11/25 I called to find out why I got sent to collections. I told your rep that I did not receive a final notice for payment letter. He said I did. I resent that he's calling me a liar. You don't call your customers liars.
Desired outcome: Allow me to make payments directly to ssm health to pay off my medical hospital bill and take me off of your collection agency. You are hurting my credit by unjustifiably sending me to collections.
