I let my dad’s nurse know that he needed to use the bathroom and not only she didn’t get up from her chair, she asked me to give him the urinal that was somewhere in the room! This level of laziness is insulting.. then she’s upset at my dad because he had just used the urinal! That’s what diuretics do genius! Apparently she was so bothered by this frequency that she felt the need to put a cath! So sorry my dad caused you such inconvenience! Unbelievable! Get your act together agnes! Zero stars is my rating.

They're liars. I went to SAMC clinic. They took an x-ray. Found nothing. Went to SAMC hospital. They took my $50 and told me I'd already been seen at the clinic. I went to a Dr. David O. He x-rayed me from head to toe. Found a fractured L rib. SAMC is a big joke.

I went to St. Agnes urgent care and they told me I would get fast service at the hospital. But the person at the entrance said, "I hate when they say that, you won't get fast service." Now I've been sitting here in the freezing cold because the person at the front didn't want to do their job. This is so misleading, they just want to keep all the business for themselves and don't care about providing timely service. They're just trying to trick you.

St. Agnes Medical Center is charging me for stuff I didn't even get. When I was getting treated at St. Agnes, they billed me right from August to June . But then, from July to September , they messed up the billing.

I went to Saint Agnes today with a simple medical problem that could have been taken care of with the right prescription and some advice. Instead, I was forced to wait with the flotsam and jetsam of Fresno County for 3 1/2 hours in several rooms before being seen by a half-baked PA who wrote a prescription for a day and a half's worth of medication, even though I told her that I could not get in to see my primary care physician for a week.
I actually received good, adequate treatment at Saint Agnes once. Once. It was a while back. They must have made a clerical error and a competent PA slipped past them.
Don't expect even halfway decent medical care there. Do, however, expect to spend at least half of your day being shuffled from here to there and back again before being "seen" by whoever (or whatever) they could lure to work in their lousy ER. And they love to run up your insurance bill by doing EKGs, X-rays and bloodwork that is totally unnecessary. After today's debacle, I fully intend to pay it forward - with a smile on my face.
