I ordered the buy one get one 1/2 off premade chicken fajita dinners. I ordered the buy one get one 1/2 off, chicken and mushroom sauté dinners. I ordered sourdough bread. I got to the store to pick up my order. They said they were on their way out. And then I got a text message saying that they were out of the chicken fajita dinners. And then I got a text message saying they were out of the bread I wanted. So I had to make adjustments while I sat there. I declined replacement of the fajita dinners. Because that’s what I wanted; not something else. And I chose a replacement for the bread. Apparently they had the chicken and mushroom sauté dinners. But when the girl brought the order out to me, there was only one chicken and mushroom sauté dinner in the bag. And I got charged full price for it. I asked the girl where the other dinner was and she said they were out. Why would I wanna pay full price for one only, when I can get another one for half off? We’ll that’s what you did. You charged me the full price for one. It’s not my fault you’re out of dinners. You should’ve given me a discount on that one. What would really help, is when someone buys an item, you sync it your website immediately. That would help. It still shows that those are available for people to buy. So I made a 45 minute round-trip to pick up five items and only came home with two! Your system is horrible. What are you gonna do about charging me full price on the chicken and mushroom dinner?
Recommendation: Don’t buy anything online. Your system is horrible.
