On August 22, 2025 I shopped at Sprouts in Franklin, TN. I purchased several groceries and a Chicken Salad Sandwich on a Croissant from the prepared food case. When I brought it home and after putting all the other groceries away, I took two bites of the sandwich when saw the TAIL of the CHICKEN in my sandwich. I couldn't believe it! I took it back to the store with the receipt but the manager was not interested in hearing about it and sent me to a cashier for a refund. What incredibly poor quality control. Won't be buying any of their prepared foods again!
