this is not a complaint (yet). Im just lost and I dont know where else to look for a help. I have returned an item ( sport t- shirt) in the middle of December through the Parcel Connect. In their last email dated 20/02/2025 they have advised me that an item was return to the sender and no money back in my account. Can you please advise me how can I go about claim my money back?
Desired outcome: return of my money (approx €47.00)
