This bag is so pretty! You can put a lot of stuff in it and I really like the part where you can put things in. The leather is really good and the zipper is strong. This bag is good for long trips or weekends but maybe too big for one night.

Got our bags from Woosir Sports Gear and they came on time. We had to wait a bit for the big order, but it was worth it. The bags were wrapped up good with double boxes and plastic bags. The leather was perfect on all the bags. We had a good time buying from them.

This store is the worst! I bought a bag when I was in , but now I'm leaving and still haven't got it. The tracking stopped and it's just lost somewhere. I've messaged them so many times to get my money back, but they don't even answer me. I should have read the reviews before buying. I'm never buying from "WOOSIR" again, they're just gross.

This gear is not good. I had my backpack for like a week and the stitching on the left side of the outside pocket came undone and made a big hole. Woosir said they wouldn't take it back because it looked like it was used. They also said it had to be in the same package it came in to return it. Don't believe this company. Woosir makes bad stuff and their customer service is terrible.

I'm so mad at this company and don't usually write reviews. I got a camping pad more than two weeks ago. The tracking never changed and USPS says it's coming to California. It's been more than ten days and we went camping without our new pad which was so annoying. I emailed them a lot asking for my money back and they just say to wait until the tracking changes. They don't have a phone number to call either. So, I had to wait on the phone for almost an hour to get my $100 back. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought a Military Backpack from Woosir Sports Gear on June 12. They're supposed to be a US-based online store with an address in Hixson, TN. I wanted to give it to my nephew as a graduation gift. When we got it, we found out that the side zipper doesn't actually open the backpack, it just makes it bigger. That wasn't what we wanted, so we asked to return it. They gave us instructions to return it to China, which costs almost as much as the backpack itself. We tried to find a US address to return it to, but we couldn't. Their return policy doesn't say anything about returning things to China, so it's not fair. They know that people won't want to spend money to ship it back to China, so they just keep the money. That's not right. They should either say that they're in China or give a US address to return things to.

She asked if I wanted something else instead. I said no and asked for my money back. I've sent them 5 emails, but they haven't replied or given me my money back. They're not answering me and still have my money.

I bought a Woosir backpack for men on 12/6/22. Order # 16364. Got it in the mail. But when I opened it, I was not happy. The backpack was too small, the leather was cheap, there was no lining, and it didn't look like the one on the website. So, I emailed [protected]@woosir.com on 12/17/22. But they said I had to pay to send it back. That's not right. I shouldn't have to pay for something that's not good and not what they said it was.

This company is makin me pay return shipping for a bad product. I got some boots for my dad and they came in a messed up box. When he tried them on, the lace holder broke. I contacted customer service and sent pics of the box and the item. They said they couldn't give me a return label. I think they should pay for the shipping if it's their fault. The boots aren't good quality if they broke so easily. It's not fair. I got emails to prove it.

I tried to contact them, but they only gave me a tracking number that shows no progress. Their website says that the delivery should take 7-10 days, but it's been more than that. I read some negative reviews about this company before buying, and now I'm worried about their ethics and professionalism. They should fulfill their obligation to the buyer. They should either deliver my backpack or refund my money.

I ordered a bag from Woosir Sports Gear on 10/6. They said it would take 6-8 business days to ship plus 1-2 for processing. But it's been way longer than that and the tracking hasn't changed since 10/13. I sent them 3 emails but they just blamed COVID and said my order was marked "urgent" in their system. They also said the carrier's shipping volume surged and reached full capacity recently. But they didn't delay in charging my card! I need my money back because I bought the bag for a trip on Thursday 10/22 and it doesn't look like it's even in *** yet.
