This here is a review about Running Warehouse or runningwarehouse.com. So, I recently got myself into some trouble with this company. They took my credit card details and sent me some stuff by post. I called them up multiple times and told them, "Hey, I didn't buy this item, what's going on here guys?" But you know what, they didn't seem to care much about my situation. I asked if I could speak to someone higher up, but it seems like the supervisors were all on vacation or something! Can you believe that?

So anyways, I still had no idea who this company was and before I knew it, my package was already en route with the UPS delivery guys. I told them that the Running Warehouse company used my credit card inappropriately and that they should stop delivery. Guess what? They did nothing – not a single thing!

Now, I'm not really one to complain, but this was a crappy experience. I mean, I don't like strangers using my credit card without my permission, ya know? It was a huge inconvenience and I felt violated. But hey, at least I got some running gear from it – not that I needed any, but hey, silver linings and all that.

All in all, Running Warehouse can go stick it where the sun don't shine. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. Don't even bother.

So, finally, I got an email from them that my sneakers were shipped out three days later on Friday. Man, was it too late? Now I regretted paying more for the speedy delivery, thinking it wouldn't have mattered anyway.

Wanting to do the right thing, I asked for a refund on the eleven dollars I paid for the expedited shipping since it was not delivered with the promised time frame. But the Running Warehouse only offered store credit instead. I remained firm, I was not interested in a store credit, I wanted my refund. It wasn't much, but it was a matter of principle for me. It's frustrating to spend hard-earned money on something when you don't get what you paid for. Honestly, it wasn't the best customer service experience I had with them. I don't think I'm going to order from them anytime soon, if at all, I'm not sure what the future holds for me.

I just had an experience with RunningWarehouse.com and let me tell you it was not a good one, mate. I'm a bloke from Down Under and I'm in the States taking a break for a bit, just trying to enjoy myself. My neighbour's daughter runs track and wanted me to order some fancy-pants shoes for her so they could be delivered to my hotel. Sounds simple enough, right? Wrong. These blokes made me jump through more hoops than a trained dolphin.

First off, they made me scan and send them both front and back of my driver's license. Like, what do they need that for? My neighbour told me he had to do the same thing and it made him feel like he was part of the FBI. Next, they wanted me to fill out and sign a form to give them permission to charge PayPal, even though they already had received payment from my account. It's like they don't trust their own system or something.

To top it off, they wanted me to change my PayPal address to the hotel I'm staying in, which could cause a lot of drama because I have other regular payments and subscriptions coming out of that account. Like, come on, Running Warehouse! You're gonna tell me to change my PayPal address for something as simple as a $40 order? That's just ridiculous, mate.

When I said I didn't have a scanner, they said I could just take a photo and email it from my phone. But when I explained that I couldn't email from the address I ordered with, they told me I couldn't do that. Are these blokes for real? It's like they want to make things as difficult as possible for their customers.

I've ordered from a lot of different retailers while I'm travelling and I've never had to go through anything like this with them. I've even ordered big-ticket items like laptops and computer equipment without any issues. It's like these guys want to make things difficult just for the fun of it.
