Speedy-Repo.com review: Inquiring about a repossession

Who ever answered the phone today was a complete and utter jerk. Arrogant and disrespectful. Very unprofessional and short tempered. When whoever he was said I need to provide a copy of the title I simply stated we only have the title certificate because it's electronic. He then tells me with an attitude well that's exactly what most of you people from Florida have so yeah that's what your going to need and honestly I don't have time for this, and hung up on. I was a bit confused so I called back not understanding why the line was disconnected. When he answered he said yeah you don't need to keep calling because your not the type of customer I feel like dealing with... I was shocked and felt very disrespected. No one should have to deal with this type of service. I will NOT be using your company ever again. Which is very disappointing because I've used your services many times in the past. But never again.
