HIRED THIS CO. TO REPO TRUCK IN MISS. I AM OKLA CAR DEALER WITH 3 LOCATIONS ALL MY CARS ARE FITTED WITH GPS LOCATORS
WE TOLD SPEEDY EXACTLEY WERE THE CAR WAS LOCATED I WAS TOLD OVER PHONE BY SCOTT(LIAR) 300-$400 I TOLD HIM I WOULD NOT PAY ANY SKIP TRACING BECAUSE I KNEW EXACTLY WERE CAR WAS LOCATED... AND DID NOT GIVE HIM ANY INFO TO SKIPTRACE WITH AFTER 5 DAYS OF MY CALLING AMANDA(SCAMMER) THEY FINALY WENT EXACTLY WERE I TOLD THEM TO GO...THEN I GET A BILL FOR $1222 WHICH 765 WAS SKIP TRACING I HAD 2 WIRE FUNDS TO B.C. BEFORE THEY WOULD RELEASE MY TRUCK...THESE PEOPLR ARS WORSE THEN THE ONES THEY ARE REPOING...HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS WITH MISS/VA ATT.GENERALS...ALSO INDEPENDENT DEALERS ASSOC. BEWARE OF SCOTT HE IS SCAMMER
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They are still operating because I just got taken the same way. I am from Iowa so it is hard to find a good repo company in states like New Mexico and then this happened. They charged me a contingency based on what the vehicle is worth. How is that even legal? Also, I gave them the GPS and info to login so they could just track it and lead them to the exact location. I am going to get my resources ready to nail these clowns.

The same thing happen to our company but they charges us 1800.00 to release the vehicle. There day will come!
