Spectrum.com review: Phone/ TV/ Internet

Signed up for all three because I was told $30 for each service. Got the phone free for first year too. Service for all three is spotty, especially the phone. I have home Internet and my phone still can't download it upload half the time. I'm really mad because after they told me phone would be $30 they charged me $40. I called and was told basically that they raised rates, too bad. And what about all of the outages? TV is out right now AGAIN. AND THEY WANT ME TO WAIT AND TALK TO SOMEONE IN ANOTHER DEPT?
