Spectrum.com review: Landline and cell service
August 21st (two trips & hours sitting there.)& 22nd (Another hours long sitting deal), 2026. Had to "bundle" with them since having major issues with other providers. They asked to see my presently owned cell and stole it refusing to give it back to me nor the SD chip for it, bent it. I told them I needed that phone but still refused to give it back to me stating they had to take it and "set it back to factory and ship it off somewhere." Gave me one of their cheap phones that still does not work properly. Insisting I wanted my phone back turned into a well choreographed gas lighting.
Claimed loss: Weeks to get everything ADT, medic alert, to function because of Google, not accepting Spectrum's wireless code. New passwords, cell email. No data from the stolen phone was transferred.
Desired outcome: Response, staff fired for theft, ethics. Filed consumer complaint with Indiana's attorney generals office. $900.00 for the stolen cell. Staff stated was old, not a real smart phone. Samsung reported not that old indeed "smart cell phone."
