on may 28, 2024 I received an email from customer service@southwestvactions.com advising me that my reservation made for November 5, 2024 needed to be cancelled . My husbands last name was spelled incorrectly. I should cancel and rebook this reservation that this was the only way to correct the vacation package. I never received the refund for $1,632.87 and paid an additional $1,632.87 for the new reservation.
Claimed loss: refund due for canceled reservation in the amount of $1,632.87
Desired outcome: Please refund the full amount due to me $1,632.87 and apology for the time I have spent in the last 10 months of trying to resolve this issue respectfully.

Great, I see I have a pending refund on C/C for Airfare portion of $752.36 (Thank You)
However, I still need reassurance that the remainder for hotel in the amount of $880.51 is refunded as well.
I Filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, received a response from travel company to call and ask for a supervisor to get a travel extension on remaining credit. After spending over 4 hours of talking with Apple vacations/southwest vacations and getting transferred to 5 different agents explaining my issue over and over; Finally, the remaining $880.51 was somewhat resolved, I had to book another vacation with them so they could extend expiration date.
After all of this My husband's last name is still misspelled! This was the whole reason I ended up with this credit in the first place What do I need to do?
