This guy is asleep at the wheel. Doesn't give a bleep. Talks with a complete lack of interest. Rude. More than unhelp. Hung up on me on second call. Keep in mind - the wait to even speak with someone is highly time consuming.
It states that the call is recorded for quality purposes. If that's true - then they have no quality assurance department.

Desired outcome: I'd say fire him but he's probably looking for a reason to continue to be useless. Cut him back to minimum wage and write him up.
