Been waiting almost a month and cannot get a schedule date for my residential PWRD88 for the hot tie into the transformer and mandrel to be complete by a civil crew. I have sent multiple emails asking and get absolutely no response. I call and get one person, who then sends me to another person who then sends me to yet another person who then tells me I need to talk to planning, the very department that is not responding. I paid over $8,000 for this and am getting nothing for it.

Desired outcome: I want my power connected - NOW!
