SCE announced a power outage that would be from 8:00am to 4:00pm today. We arranged to stay at a friend's house in a nearby suburb. Everyone else in the outage area probably made similar arrangements; no one wants to be home for 8 hours without power. We left the house just before 8:00 am. At 10:30 we received a text that said the power outage had been cancelled and would be rescheduled. Are you kidding? 2.5 hours after the planned outage was to begin and they just then decided to cancel? What kind of idiots are running the show at SCE?
