I scheduled an appointment a month in advance and checked in at the kiosk at 9:50 am, At 10:30 am I was called in. I asked the lab tech "why I had to wait so long and why walk-in clients were being called before me." Her reply was "We're shorthanded, walk-ins wait an hour, and a half and appointments wait 30 minutes"
