Dr. Emily Liu at Oak Valley/MSH is negligent as a doctor and surgeon. She has been dismissive of all my post surgery needs and care to the point this has cost me a much longer healing time. Patients also have to wait 2 plus hours after their scheduled appoinments because she decides to go on lunch break during appointment times. She has no bed side manners and blows of what you're experiencing by comparing you to other patients. She has no disregard for how patients mental and physical well being are impacted by surgeries they go through. There's so much more to report but I'll save the story for when I officially report her to the hospital as everything has been documented carefully. Thank goodness for the nurses at Oak Valley /MSH.

I took my daughter to the emergency department on Saturday night, March 11/23 regarding bad stomach cramps she was having. Her name is Milanna Fox... Although I was very pleased with all the staff and we were in and out quickly, I was very upset about Triage. I was in the triage with my daughter, who is 18 years old, and the lady asked if my daughter was sexually active right in front of me and she very hesitantly answered yes. I was shocked and she was so embarrassed. After, I guess the triage lady noticed the look on my face, she then asked me to leave. She proceeded to draw the curtain and apologize to my daughter for asking in front of me. This was a very personal question and should have been asked without me present. I just don't want this to happen to any other family.

Hi just a quick questions how come they can write on the patient report said all neurological exam is normal when in-fact a patient whose loss of consciousness without warning sign been there twice and they wrote on report said neurological exam normal when in fact they weren't able to perform the walking/balance test because patient wasn't able to walk at all and no walking test was done but how come can said on report monitor 3 hours and all neurological exam is normal when in fact the person can't walk/ imbalance and they discharged right away.

Loss of loss of consciousness 3 times no warning sign in different years; when don't admit in person even no person able to monitor it. If loss of consciousness again just come back. (Why would come back to this when they eventually discharge it. No MRI No CT scan, etc. Just the basic ECG and Blood work. Then just place on IV for 3 hours no repeat a neurological exam which different what they wrote on reports.

Please explain.

But why someone with inner ear problem allowed to stay in the hospital for 1 week at a least.

My name is Masood, it's funny I've never really felt so disrespected, treated miserably and get yelled at for visiting my father, bringing him some food and water from home after he had a heart attack and was taken to this filthy place. Christina, along with the other nurses and receptionists have absolutely no understanding of how to speak to a customer. There are always two sides to a situation but believe me when i tell you all, i was told by the nurse's and Christina for the very first time - "we are asking nicely, please stay outside the hall, you can not be here" I was listening to this and thinking to myself.. are they supposed to ask me rudely? Is there job not to be polite atleast? It's not like I was resisting or was not agreeing.. they wouldn't give me a chance to speak. Horrible customer service. We are tax payers and get treated like this when our family members are sick.. they also do not change the bed sheets, clothes, or help patients at all from what I just witnessed. One thing that I learned? When I ever face heath problems God forbid, I am never coming to MSH. Any other facility but here, thanks to Christina for wrecking the rep of MSH.

Hospital policy no gloves? Putting me at risk having to touch filthy door handles that everyone has to touch before entering the Covid assessment area. They don't even have an automatic door or someone opening the door or even wiping down the handle. Extremely filthy and putting people at risk. The indoor parking lot is cluttered with hundreds of filthy face diapers everywhere, no one obviously cares putting people at risk.
The parking lots should be cleaned 4 times a day and power washed with bleach. No door handle should be touched.. but put a diaper on your face to collect the virus and grow micro mold on yoir mouth and nose.

the nurses are very disrespectful, they do not care about the patients and do only care about their personal selves. Numerous times they were late/ in professional about time standards. They even ignored the other patient in my room to the extent that his family wasn't given any respect of satistfication with his death. I feel and this other family feel such disrespect and such embarrassment for believing this staff is capatable if anything of high standard. A person should not have to lay in a room with a dead body for 3 hours. This staff is rude and should be disciplined with much action as can be taken

I would like to put In a complaint regarding with a nurse who's shift was from 8am-4pm on April 24th. The reason why is because my spouse has been emmited to the emergency room on April 22 Sunday around 12pm noon. Due to Diabetic Ketoacidosis. Today is April 24th and my spouse is still being being treated in ICU. We have been suspected and sort of in directly accused of feeding my spouse which is the patient of "Tim Hortons Timbits or donuts". My spouse is under Iv units of Chloride Sodium, Pototassium and Insulin. My spouse is going though a regular blood glucose check every hour and ever 2hrs are so blood has to be taken. Due to one of the needles drying out on the right for arm extensors where they have a hard time drying blood. The nurse around noon time on April 23rd has recommended to put a Artery line so they can check the blood sugars and other components without further poking. This was attempted on right wrist area where they first applied a needle for freeze which my spouse was in excruciating pain due to the area. They attempted to apply the art needle was told it won't hurt as much. The needle looked really think is about 5inches long. The freeze didn't work because my spouse was screaming "stop, I can't take this paint anymore". That nurse suggestion another shot of freeze and to try again to thread needle in the same wrist area. Unfortunately the attempted failed and the reason was they couldn't find the artery and it was to small to detect even though that nurse had a the ultra sound machine to determine where the artery was. My spouse has not eaten all day due to her high blood sugars and Anion gap is above 12. She is really upset and feels that nurse has no empathy and is being extremely rough with doing these procedures. The doctors still has not discovered anything after 3 days of poking and receiving. This is very frustrated and there was also a mistake on the wrong insulin being applied around 8pm on April 23rd which we were accused of giving my spouse donuts.

I have written about my issues against a CPSO Board Member, who went against many of their own Policies.
No one has asked me about the cases but they keep marking it resolved. IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED.

She went on to describe the Doctors' dealings with a friend of hers.

"Heather confronted him and he continued to deny for a while and then admitted he was 'sleeping' with her after he had spent so much time and money trying to lure Heather from her husband. He wanted to marry Heather before she got married in 1992 and promised her she would not have to work and that he would pay for private school for her daughter"

During the years that George and I were friends, we shared a lot and he eventually made it clear that he wanted more than a friendship. I made the choice to stay married and subsequently, George found a new friend for dinner and movies; your wife. George was lonely and he wanted to be married and have a family, but I did not want that with him.
At some point it became clear to me that he was having an intimate relationship with your wife who he mentioned was a patient at the hospital who was having a difficult time in her marriage and he had become a support person for her.

George spoke about her every time we spoke; and we spoke daily. He was always sharing a story about his "Nigerian friend Bimpe and her cute kids." He also said that he was the godfather of your son. I eventually confronted him and he admitted that he was in a serious relationship with her ...
I had to know what my competition was so I did some snooping and found out where your wife worked and paid her a few visits.
She obviously knew who I was because on my last visit, I went to the counter where she served me and she was quite dismissive. I believe she wanted me to know that she was aware of who I was.

I know from what you wrote that George did some very unethical things such as breaching the patient/doctor relationship by having a relationship with your wife when she was his patient and by violating your privacy by reading your electronic health record without your consent.
I understand that you must feel so much frustration that the CPSO did not care and protected him when you complained.
I don't know why your wife left you for George, but I am very sorry that you went through that.
I do hope that you will be able to forgive all involved and be able to live a happy and peaceful life - life that does not focus on all the hurt and sadness that you have experienced.
I am truly blessed that I have a husband that was able to forgive me for the hurt I caused him and go on to have a great marriage/family

I noticed that the first contact had registered an account on this site and her location was USA.
From my years of investigative work with the Government, I was able to trace their locations and it seemed that both emails were using fake IP Addresses. One IP Address was from ESCONDIDO, CALIFORNIA and the other was from REDMOND, WASHINTON.

Both had in depth knowledge of my case and I was suspicious from the beginning that they were investigators from CPSO.
Their job, as always, is to protect the Doctor. I am just a black man whose life means nothing to them.

The longer this goes, the more problems they cause. I so feared for my life that I left Ontario.
Even after I did, I was accused of destroying their property in Ontario and I was paid a visit by Calgary Police.

So what am I to do? I have lost over $600, 000. Missed the graduation, marriage of my daughter, birth of my grandson.
I have Anthrophobia, a fear of people.

I have written the Prime Minister, Attorney General and other Officials.
I cannot afford a lawyer and don't want to do anything that would hurt anyone.
I need this resolved and hope that I always have the sense and control that I have always had, to resolve this.

If CPSO / Markham Stouffville Hospital or Dr George M Arnold does not try to resolve this, I already have a website created, waiting to go live, with all my investigation and documentation about this case.
I would not stop until my voice is heard.

This is about a Doctor that my wife left me for but that is not a problem to me.
This doctor, a gynecologist, logged into my medical file twice, wrote about my medical conditions, medications and gave his medical opinion on my ability to work, writing..."As a Medical doctor..."

I suspected that he had accessed my hospital file but finally got a printout of had accessed my hospital file and his name was there.
I have tried to forget about this but I can't. I feel violated and need to have this resolved soon.

As he is a Board member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, I cannot get anyone to help.
It has been 4 years now and I am still affected by this.

Do I have a case, if I were to sue?
