Sonny's BBQ

My wife and I love Sonny's and eat there quite often (the location is 770 Schillinger Rd S, Mobile, AL 36695). I'm not sure that'll be the case anymore, as we just had a horrible experience. My wife placed an online order at 3:40PM on Wednesday, May 17th for a 4:30 pickup. We arrived early, around 4:15, and called the number for curbside pickup to let them know we were there, albeit a bit early. The employee said "ok" but never asked what spot we were parked in. Long story short, we did not receive our food until 5:01 with no explanation given as why it took so long. All she said as she handed us our food was a simple, nonchalant "sorry".
