Sonesta review: Hotel management in Dublin, Ohio

Rude and unprofessional cleaning crew 8/01/202
Dear Lisa,
I am a paying customer that has had their rights violated and have been verbally abused by your staff.
I am visiting my husband who works with Penske in room 1623. The housekeeper entered the room unannounced and I was naked standing in the hallway. I asked the housekeeper why she didn’t announce herself and she stated “ We clean these rooms all the time and never knock.” I then told her that hotel policy states that you are supposed to knock before entering any room. She yelled back again, (while I was standing there naked). “We clean these rooms and the person is supposed to be in class.” No apologies or anything. I then yelled back,” I will be done in 30mins can you comeback.” This was at 9:30am. I then left the room 1623 and returned at 1:31 to find the room still not cleaned. I called the from desk to ask if and when the room would be cleaned and no one answered. I then cam down to the lobby to inquire about the situation and when the room was going to be cleaned. I asked another cleaning lady if my room was going to be cleaned and what time. She began saying you told my friend to leave when she came. I responded, “ No I told her that she should not enter a room without identifying herself or knocking. I then asked to speak to the manager. As I was walking away towards the front desk the cleaning lady continued yelling at me saying, “ we clean these rooms all the time and just walk in we don’t have to knock.
I’m am very surprised by this unprofessional behavior and negative attitude.
When will the room be cleaned?
I think I deserve an apology to say the least. I will also be talking to the manager at Penske.

Lisa replied you and your husband will be kicked out of the hotel because you complained.
