Zicasso arranged an amazing trip for me to Israel and Jordan. The trip ran smooth, every detail had been arranged. I received plenty of information regarding the events for each day. This is the third time I've used Zicasso to arrange a trip. They have never disappointed me.

I was pleased by Zicasso's service, bringing forth 2 different local travel agencies to bid on a 2-week itinerary for our family trip to Italy this past summer. They choose work with quality agencies which gave me piece of mind that we could organize a trip of our liking and budget. I highly recommend them.

Zicasso did an excellent job of selecting multiple tour companies to work with our small group in planning a trip to Chile. We were able to compare offerings and evaluate the interaction between tour operator and clients. Both companies were good, but one was better and we weren't disappointed. We had a great trip with excellent support.

I highly recommend Zicasso! I have used them for a trip to Australia and Italy and their help with all aspects of the trip from airline tickets, train tickets, boat rentals, hotels (specific rooms within the hotels), dinner recommendations and reservations, tours and tour guides were exceptional. They made these two trips ones I will never forget!

Zicasso helped us with a 2 week trip to Europe this peak summer season, with 3 countries worth of bookings and logistics to manage. They hooked us up with someone knowledgeable and everything worked out great, despite the hectic time of year. It is the third time we have used Zicasso for an international trip in the last 5 years and again we were not disappointed.

Using Zicasso was absolutely awesome! I was directed to three different travel companies that I never would have found on my own. Each of them provided me with such outstanding itineraries that I did not have to do any of the tedious "legwork" that I normally would have to do. I had not used Zicasso before and will definitely be using them again in the future! A real find.

What great service provided by Zicasso. We decided where we wanted to travel and provided basic information relating to our interests and Zicasso put us in touch with three local travel agents who provided us with suggested itineraries. I chose Zicasso because we wanted to be sure that we would havean awesome trip to Peru. Our tour company would be Elite Travel Peru. The trip we planned seemed great. But don't ever use Zicasso or Elite travel. Had to cancel due to coronavirus and lost $1,500 in the process because they would not refund ANY of our deposit even under these circumstances. Will never use them again when many of our friends have received full refunds due to the circumstances.

Zicasso connected us with Bellarome Travels for our Italy vacation. It was absolutely wonderful to work with them. They were responsive and assisted us even during the trip when we had questions. The tour guides and drivers that Bellarome connected us with were fantastic. I did not have to worry about the language barrier. Bellarome took care of everything we needed from hotel reservations, dinner reservations, tour guides, and drivers. Mario listened to our requests and shared his knowledge of Italy to plan an individualized experience for us that was wonderful. I would highly recommend them.

Zicasso has made international vacations easy! We've used them four times and we are always impressed with the system and the quality of operators. Their website is full of helpful information about each country. I used to spend hours trying to arrange international vacations - usually flying blind with my fingers crossed. Zicasso is so much easier and I book with confidence and I know someone has our backs - multiple someones! The trips always turn out to be a mix of what we knew we wanted to do and something we were recommended (sometimes the highlight of the trip!). I recommend Zicasso constantly and do so without hesitation.

We used Zicasso for our first family trip to Southern Asia. Everything went off without complications. We spent two fabulous weeks in Southern Asia, starting in Vietnam and ending in Thailand. Both countries were amazing. The two nights cruise in Halong Bay was perfect to appreciate the beautiful view of these world wonder. We enjoyed a lot, specially our kids , the full day at Mae Wang national park in Chiang Mai and the elephants sanctuary, feeding the elephants and the river bath. We loved Thailand Buddhist temples and Phuket beaches, specially Maya Bay and Pi Leh Bay lagoon. Our tour guides were very professional and knowledgeable. I'll be sure to reach Zicasso again for our next Asia trip.

I wanted to go on a trip to Europe with my daughter and had no clue where to start. My friends mentioned Zicasso. Best decísion ever! They got a picture of what I was looking for, then I quickly received contact from two luxury travel companies who were experts in the areas of where I wanted to travel. They both presented a proposal and we went with the one that we felt was best suited. Just returned from our vacation- best decision ever! I look forward to working with Zicasso again! They also had a Zicasso air desk that helped us with booking our flights, we ran into a flight cancellation with an airline and they took care of it quickly. They're very responsive- amazing company! Highly recommend.

Zicasso has helped me find good travel agents for three different vacations. In two cases, I appreciated the ones they connected me with, but ultimately booked the trip with a different agent. Finally, with the third trip everything clicked and I ended up using the agent Zicasso gave me. They did an excellent job and even changed a reservation from train to air for me at their own expense (including adding an extra night of 4-star hotel) when my train was cancelled. I was very impressed with the agency, and I've been impressed with those Zicasso gave me every time, whether I've used that agent or not. I vary a lot in what agent I choose, but I'll definitely continue asking Zicasso for options, and taking them seriously as possibilities.

Planning our first trip to Europe was a breeze using Zicasso. We gave them a detailed outline of what we wanted to accomplish and they directed us to the perfect travel consultant. They executed all of our public transportation, excursions, VIP private tours, and boutique hotel accommodations. We had confidence in every step of the trip that our itinerary was well organized and had great support. A few months ago, one of our friends began planning a trip to Ireland and Iceland and we did not hesitate to recommend them to use Zicasso before our trip even began. They have since said they are very pleased with the Zicasso team planning their trip for later this year. We will start planning our next travel abroad holiday with Zicasso. Highly recommended.

We are back home and well about two weeks after returning from our wonderful trip to Peru and wish to thank you for organizing this trip.

Our trip included Lima, Sacred Valley, Cusco, Arequipa, Colca and Titicaca lake.

We are 4 people (3 seniors 64-65 years old) with a lot of experience of traveling to Europe, North America, Far East and Africa for the first time to South America. We happily want to emphasize that the organization of the whole trip, including advices of places to go and sights to see, choosing the excellent hotels and the best guides, organizing the domestic flights and arranging comfortable vehicles for transportation, giving us the contact person in Peru to solve any problem that could happen (changing international flights for example), all of them made by you and Totally Latin America are to be mentioned and appreciated.

We want to thank you for that and surely, our next trip to South America will be organized with your help.

Asking for refund of a deposit made for May IT trip. I agree with those who reviewed Zicasso, Planning our trip was easy and affordable. Unfortunately, we were to travel in May to a destination organized by Zicasso. The trip needed to be canceled. As I said to Zicasso at the time keeping our downpayment was not responsible at this critical time. We are willing to pay for the time taken planning this extraordinary trip but, the hotels keeping our money is not fair or credible. We were offered the ability to keep the reservations for next year. However, I really do not see traveling next May, either. Nothing indicates, to me, that safe travel will commence once again for quite a while. We have paid, as a deposit, a significant amount. And are asking for a refund.
