Sold.com A waste of money and no customer service

As an established agent, Sold.com approached my real estate firm with opportunities in popular zip codes. They invite you to attend a sales zoom call and give you a short amount of time to subscribe to your preferred zip codes at a discount. I selected 3 top zip codes for a discount total of $150 per month to be a "Guaranteed Display Agent". They claim this "program allows agents who wouldn't naturally top the agent rankings to sponsor selected markets to ensure exposure. It is a minimal commitment, low risk way to boost your volume." NOT TRUE. If I had to do it all over again, I would spend the $150/month to purchase pop-by's, host client events and farming communities.

Recommendation: Do not subscribe. Poor customer service.

Sold.com Effortless Home Selling with Sold.com: A Positive Review

I tried Sold.com after my buddy told me about it. Gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how easy it was to sell my house. The customer service was top-notch, too. I checked out Trustpilot and Google Reviews and they all had 4-5 stars, just like my experience. I wanted to share my thoughts cuz it seems like this review site only has negative reviews from agents who probably didn't even work with Sold.com. From what I can tell, they only work with the best agents, so I can see why some agents might not be happy if they're not up to snuff. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Sold.com to anyone looking to sell their house without any headaches.

Sold.com Sold.com Review: Disappointing Experience with Uninterested Leads and No Support

I decided to give Sold.com a try in January of 2022, hoping to increase my leads and potentially make some sales. I thought even just one lead would be worth the cost. However, my experience with Sold.com was far from positive. In fact, I ended up asking for a refund.

The leads I received from Sold.com were not interested in selling their homes, despite what the company had promised. When I contacted them, they all said they had never signed up for anything and asked to be taken off the call list. It was frustrating and a waste of my time.

One woman I spoke to explained that she fills out surveys and that's how her information ended up being sold to Sold.com. She said this sort of thing happens all the time and that the leads Sold.com provides are often not interested in selling at all.

I didn't receive any help or support from Sold.com when I reached out to them about my issues. They didn't offer any solutions or even a partial refund. It was a disappointing experience overall.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Sold.com to anyone looking to increase their leads and make sales. The leads provided are often not interested in selling, and the company doesn't offer any support or refunds when issues arise. Save your money and look elsewhere for lead generation services.

Sold.com Sold.com: A New Contender in the Daily Deals Game?

I gotta say, I'm not usually one for those groupon-type sites that are all over the place these days. They always seem to have these lame deals that aren't even worth the time it takes to click on the link. But competition is always a good thing, right? So when I heard about sold.com, I was intrigued. I mean, that URL is just perfect for a site that's all about selling stuff!

I'm really curious to see how this site is gonna do. I bet they'll start off with some killer deals to get people interested. But can they keep it up? Can they compete with the big dogs like groupon? Only time will tell, my friends.

Sold.com, I'm waiting for your grand opening! Let's see what you've got!

Sold.com Sold.com Review: Good Customer Service, But Leads Were Disappointing

Yo, so I gotta update y'all on my experience with Sold.com. So, I was waiting for months for someone to hit me up with some coaching and I was hoping that some leads would come through. But, man, nothing was happening and I was getting frustrated. So, I was like, "Yo, I need my money back." At first, they were like, "Nah, we can't do that." But then, out of nowhere, I got a call from one of the co-founders. And let me tell you, he was super cool and we had a real good chat about the leads I got and why I was unhappy. In the end, they gave me a full refund and even let me stay on the free program. So, even though the leads didn't work out for me, at least the company was willing to make things right. But, dang, I gotta say, I paid a lot of money for leads that had already been called like 15-20 times or that had no clue why I was calling them.

Sold.com Sold.com: A Total Rip-Off for Realtors - A Review

I've been a realtor in Orlando for over 30 years and let me tell you, Sold.com is a total rip-off. They charge you $1,740 for leads that are completely useless. They send you addresses of hotels, motels, and apartment buildings that are owned by corporations, but the names they provide are not agents of the corporation. When you research the leads through the appraiser's office, you find out that the names provided are not the owners. It's a complete waste of time and money.

And if that wasn't bad enough, the other leads they provide with names are also a dead end. When you call them, you find out that they have already been contacted by other agents and are not interested in working with anyone else. Some of them even get angry and tell you to stop calling them.

I've had enough of this scam and have filed a formal complaint with the attorney general's office. I'm also meeting with my attorney next week to file a civil suit and possibly a class action suit against Sold.com. If you've been scammed by Sold.com and want to join the class action suit, please leave your story here.

It's really frustrating to see companies like Sold.com taking advantage of hardworking realtors like myself. We rely on leads to make a living, and when we pay for a service like this, we expect to get something in return. But Sold.com is just a waste of time and money. Don't fall for their scam.

Sold.com Unethical Business Practices: A Review of Sold.com for Home Selling

This company, Sold.com, is one that I would not recommend. They use dishonest tactics to make a profit, which is not ethical. They take advantage of people who are selling their homes by using false leads to sell to realtors. My experience with them was not a good one. I am currently selling my house through FSBO, and they called me saying that their executive or owner was interested in buying my house. They asked for my email so they could send me an offer, which they got from Zillow. However, I have not received any offers from them, only calls from realtors saying that Sold.com referred them to me because I was interested in selling my house with them. This was not true, and I felt like they were just using my contact information to sell to realtors.

It is important to use companies that have good principles and ethics in their business practices. Sold.com is lacking in this area, and I would not recommend using them. They are not trustworthy and do not have the best interests of their customers in mind. It is important to do your research and find a company that you can trust when selling your home.

In conclusion, I would not recommend using Sold.com for selling your home. They use deceitful tactics to make a profit, which is not ethical. It is important to use companies that have good principles and ethics in their business practices. Do your research and find a company that you can trust when selling your home.

Sold.com Disappointing Experience with Sold.com: Uncomfortable Practices and Poor Leads

I gotta say, I ain't too impressed with Sold.com. They got me calling up folks who already got an agent and that just ain't right. I ain't no liar, so I ain't gonna pretend like I can do something for 'em when I can't. But Sold.com, they want me to say whatever it takes to get their business.

Let me tell ya, some of the people I called were real nasty to me. They told me where to stick it, threatened me, and even said they were on some kinda do not call list. And some of 'em weren't even the right people! But Sold.com, they just tell me that they musta filled out something online and that they're lying. I mean, come on now, you really think every single person is lying?

I even talked to this one lady who said realtors were like vultures and that I could fight over her house when she was dead. That's just plain cruel. I ain't gonna waste my time and money on that kinda abuse.

And get this, they make you buy two zip codes at once! I paid $1800 for that and all I got was 40 leads in the past 5 months. I attached one of 'em and the email they sent me.

Overall, I ain't too happy with Sold.com. They got me doing things I ain't comfortable with and the leads ain't worth the money.

Sold.com Sold.com Review: Shady Practices and Questionable Leads - Don't Waste Your Money

I gotta say, I was pretty excited when I signed up for Sold.com. They promised me a ton of leads, and I was ready to start making some serious sales. But boy, was I in for a surprise.

First off, let me just say that the leads they gave me were... questionable, to say the least. I mean, most of them were over 50 years old, and a lot of them didn't even use the internet. And then there were the ones that were deceased. Yeah, you read that right. Apparently Sold.com doesn't bother to verify their leads, so I ended up wasting a ton of time trying to contact people who were no longer with us.

And the worst part? I didn't make a single sale. Not one. And when I asked for a refund, they flat-out refused. I mean, come on. I spent thousands of dollars on this program, and I didn't get a single lead turnover. That's just ridiculous.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Sold.com to anyone. If you're looking for leads, go invest in a realtor or Zillow or something. Don't waste your money on this scam.

And let me tell you, I'm not the only one who feels this way. I've seen other people online calling Sold.com out for their shady practices. It's like they're trying to swindle people out of their hard-earned money.

So yeah, do your research before you sign up for anything. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Sold.com Sold.com Review: Promised 15-20 Active and Passive Leads, Got None. Don't Waste Your Money

I gotta tell ya, I spent a lot of money with Sold.com and it was a total waste. I was promised 15-20 active leads and 15-20 passive leads, but I haven't gotten a single active lead yet. And the passive leads? Don't even get me started. Some of them aren't even homeowners! And a bunch of them have no idea who Sold.com is. What a joke.

To make matters worse, the few active leads I did get were "click to claim" instead of giving me the client's info and another agent's info like I was promised. That's not what I paid for!

When I complained to the company, the guy on the phone basically told me I was stupid and needed to call the leads more. Excuse me? I close 30-40 deals a year because of my follow-up. I know how to work leads. These leads are just garbage.

I will say, though, that the VP of Sold.com did reach out to me and we had a good conversation. He was disappointed with how I was treated and has made things right by giving me the paid version for free. But honestly, I'm not seeing much of a difference in the lead quality. If I had to sign up again, I would definitely ask how to get out of the contract or get a refund if the leads aren't good.

It seems like Sold.com is a newer company and they're still working out the kinks of creating good leads. But until they do, I wouldn't recommend partnering with them for free, let alone paying for their services. They're just that bad.

Sold.com SOLD.com Guaranteed Display Agent Program Review: Pure Garbage Leads and Terrible Customer Service

I gotta tell ya, I ain't one to go around badmouthing companies, but I gotta make an exception for SOLD.com. Let me tell you, this has been a real nightmare. I signed up for their Guaranteed Display Agent program and forked over a cool $1200 upfront. The way it works is they run ads for folks who wanna sell their homes, and then they send the info to agents who paid for certain zip codes. Sounds good, right? Well, let me tell you, the leads they send are pure garbage. I've called over 300 of 'em and not a single one was legit. They either never filled out the webform, don't even own the dang house, or sold it ages ago. It's a real mess.

But wait, it gets worse. They got this Concierge team who calls the leads too, and if one of 'em wants to set up a listing appointment, they'll text all the agents in that zip. I've had six of those in three months, and I claimed 'em all. But get this, three of 'em got assigned to some other agent within minutes, and the other three were already listed on the MLS. What a joke.

So, I've been trying to get some answers from their customer service, but every time I call, I get some rep who tells me it's not their department and someone else will call me back. I've called ten times, and every time it's the same story. Not a single return call. I've been trying to cancel for a week now, and the "cancellation department" won't even give me the time of day.

I gotta say, the concept is great, but the execution is just plain awful. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Sold.com Sold.com Review: Disappointing Lack of Inventory for Home Buyers

Yo, I checked out Sold.com and I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed. I was hoping to find some sweet deals on houses in my city, but there was nada. Zilch. Zero. And it's not like I live in some tiny town in the middle of nowhere, I'm in a pretty big city. So what gives, Sold.com?

I mean, I get that they're a new company and all, but come on. If you're gonna launch a website that's supposed to help people buy and sell homes, you gotta have some inventory to work with. Otherwise, what's the point?

I did like the layout of the site, though. It was pretty easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. And they seem to have some cool features, like a calculator that helps you figure out how much you can afford to spend on a house. But again, if there's nothing to actually buy, what's the point?

Overall, I'd say Sold.com has some potential, but they need to get their act together and start doing some business before they launch. Otherwise, they're just wasting everyone's time.

Sold.com Sold.com: A Hassle-Free Way to Sell Your House?

This Sold.com thing is a real pain in the butt. I mean, have you seen that guy who's always talking about it? He's always flailing his hands around like he's trying to swat a fly or something. It's so annoying that we can't even watch the commercials anymore.

But, I gotta admit, I was curious about what Sold.com actually is. So, I did a little digging and found out that it's a website where you can sell your house without having to deal with all the usual hassles. You know, like finding a real estate agent, staging your house, and all that jazz.

Apparently, Sold.com takes care of all that for you. They'll even give you an offer on your house within 24 hours of you submitting some basic info about it. And, get this, they guarantee that you'll get a fair price for your house.

Now, I don't know about you, but that sounds pretty darn good to me. I mean, who wants to deal with all the headaches of selling a house? Not me, that's for sure. So, even though that spokesperson guy is a total weirdo, I might just have to give Sold.com a try.

Sold.com Sold.com Review: Don't Waste Your Time and Money on This Service

if you want to waste your money and time. The leads they sent me were not interested in working with an agent, which defeats the whole purpose of using a service like Sold.com. I was hoping to find motivated sellers who needed my expertise, but instead I got a bunch of tire-kickers who were just looking for information. It was frustrating and disappointing, to say the least.

I also had some issues with the customer service at Sold.com. When I tried to get a refund for the leads that were not useful, I had to jump through a lot of hoops and deal with a lot of bureaucracy. It was a hassle and it made me feel like they did not value my business.

Overall, I would not recommend Sold.com to anyone who is serious about their real estate career. There are better options out there that will actually help you find motivated sellers and close more deals. Don't waste your time with Sold.com, because it's just not worth it.

Is Sold.com legit?

Our conclusion: After a detailed review, ComplaintsBoard finds Sold.com to be a trustworthy company. Although there's a 0% resolution rate for customer complaints, which deserves attention, Sold.com is known for their high standards and safety. If you're thinking about dealing with Sold.com, it's wise to check how they handle complaints.

Sold.com earns a trustworthiness rating of 91%

Highly recommended, but caution will not hurt.

Sold.com has received 4 positive reviews on our site. This is a good sign and indicates a safe and reliable experience for customers who choose to work with the company.

Sold.com has a valid SSL certificate, which indicates that the website is secure and trustworthy. Look for the padlock icon in the browser and the "https" prefix in the URL to confirm that the website is using SSL.

Sold.com you are considering visiting, which is associated with Sold.com, is very old. Longevity often suggests that a website has consistently provided valuable content, products, or services over the years and has maintained a stable user base and a sustained online presence. This could be an indication of a very positive reputation.

Several positive reviews for Sold.com have been found on various review sites. While this may be a good sign, it is important to approach these reviews with caution and consider the possibility of fake or biased reviews.

However ComplaintsBoard has detected that:

  • While Sold.com has a high level of trust, our investigation has revealed that the company's complaint resolution process is inadequate and ineffective. As a result, only 0% of 9 complaints are resolved. The support team may have poor customer service skills, lack of training, or not be well-equipped to handle customer complaints.
  • You should not trust a website that appears to be parked, especially if you have already paid money to the website. A parked website may be a sign that the website owner is no longer actively maintaining or developing the site, and there is a risk that the site could be a scam.
  • Sold.com protects their ownership data, a common and legal practice. However, from our perspective, this lack of transparency can impede trust and accountability, which are essential for establishing a credible and respected business entity.

Sold.com Sold.com Review: Disappointing Service and Possible Scam

So, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Sold.com. My broker wasn't down with the terms they were offering, so we didn't end up using their service. But get this - they still charged my card for the past 6 months! And I've been trying to cancel, but it's been a real hassle. I'm starting to think this whole thing is a total scam. Don't waste your time or money with these guys.

Sold.com False Promises and Poor Customer Service: My Experience with Sold.com as a New Agent

I'm a new agent and I was promised to be one of the two featured agents for the zip codes I bought from Sold.com. However, after doing some investigative work, I found out that this was not the case. Instead, I noticed that high volume agents were the ones who were visible on the website. I couldn't see my profile anywhere. When I tried to call the customer service, I was treated rudely and no one returned my calls. This whole experience has been very shady and disappointing. I was hoping to get some exposure for my business, but it seems like Sold.com is not the right platform for me. I would not recommend this website to any new agents who are looking to grow their business. It's a waste of time and money.

Sold.com Disappointing Experience with Sold.com: Lack of Communication and Professionalism

anymore.

Sold.com is a company that I had high hopes for, but unfortunately, my experience with them was not a good one. I had an appointment with Jhuang for onboarding at 1pm today, but no one called me. I was left waiting and wondering what was going on. I tried to reach out to them through several messages, but no one responded. The phone just kept ringing and ringing, and the chat was offline. It was frustrating and disappointing.

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to share my experience with others. I was so disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from Sold.com. I was even considering giving them 0 stars, but I had to give them at least one.

I'm not sure if I want to deal with Sold.com anymore after this experience. It's a shame because I was really excited about working with them, but now I'm not so sure. I hope they can improve their communication and customer service in the future.

Sold.com SOLD.com Review: A Disappointing Experience with No Closed Leads

I gotta say, I gave SOLD.com a try and it's been a real bummer. I've been on there for 3 whole months and I ain't had a single closed lead. Not one! All I get are these leads from people who already bought a house or don't even live in the house no more. And when I try to set up a meeting, it's like they don't even wanna talk to me. They're always flaking out on me. And don't even get me started on the customer service. It's straight up terrible. I wouldn't recommend SOLD.com to nobody. Save your money and go with Zillow instead. They're way more effective.

Sold.com Sold.com Review: A Nightmare Experience with False Leads and Poor Website Quality

I gotta tell ya, I ain't too happy with Sold.com. I thought it would be a good idea to sign up as a "featured agent" a while back, but boy was I wrong. It's been a real nightmare. The "leads" they promised me turned out to be a bunch of duds. They ain't even home sellers! They're just folks who already got their house up for sale and they're just lookin' to see how much it's worth. Or they're just plain curious and don't want no agents botherin' 'em. What a waste of time!

And don't even get me started on Sold.com's website. It's full of typos and misspellings. I mean, come on! If they can't even get their own website right, how can I trust 'em to help me sell a house? And their staff? Forget about it. They're all over the place and don't seem to know what they're doin'. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

So, if you're thinkin' about signin' up with Sold.com, my advice to you is to run the other way. Don't waste your time or your money. There's gotta be better options out there.

Sold.com Sold.com Review: Misleading Ad, Disappointing Experience for Quick Home Sale

So, I was looking to sell my house and I stumbled upon Sold.com. The ad said they buy homes, so I thought I'd give it a try. I entered my information and got a call back. I asked the person on the phone if they buy homes, and they said yes. So, I set up a consultation and a realtor came out to give me some comps.

However, when I asked how much they would buy my home for, I was told that they don't actually buy homes. They just wanted to list it for sale. I was pretty disappointed because if I wanted to list it, I could have just used my local realtor. Any realtor would give you a comp evaluation to help you set a selling price, so I felt like I wasted my time.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Sold.com if you're looking to sell your home quickly and easily. It seems like they're just trying to get you to list your home with them, which isn't really helpful if you're looking for a quick sale. So, if you're in a hurry to sell your home, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.
