Disappointing management company
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Castle Group manages my building in Palm Beach. I have been an owner for 20 years and ever since Castle Group took over it has been horrendous! They are unresponsive and fail to answer emails or phone calls unless you are a board member. They create a hostile and discriminatory environment-it feels like I am living in Russia. They do not follow the Florida statutes and do not work in the best interests of the unit owners. Before buying an apartment in a building, ask questions. If Castle Group is the management company, RUN, RUN, RUN the other way. You will be happy you did.
Recommendation: Do not hire Castle Group for property management
Because of Castle Group, my building has a "black eye" and a terrible reputation on the street.

! They charge you fees and when asked for proof of the service provided no one responds. Unbelievable that a business like this still exists in 2021. Do your due diligence before doing any business with this company. Hint: document everything!

Terrible! Called to tell them someone else's mail was getting sent to me. They refused to stop sending that person's mail. They gave me their lawyer's information in order to try to stop them from sending someone else's bills to my home. There is no way I would want them to manage anything!

This Company took over the property management of my neighborhood, and have done nothing but created problems for me while trying to sale my home. At this time I feel strongly discriminated because their violations are unfounded and untrue. When i have resolved their violations with proof they still will not give the appropriate clearance to the estoppel, knowing that closing on a home is a time sensitive matter. While other homes in my neighborhood are 10x worst, they are coming after me/my home because I am a successful latin woman trying to sale her home. Truly Waste of money, They should take care of all the cracks/ broken sidewalks, falling apart fences, nonworking lake fountains and illegal parking of cars in the street, driveways and grass. They do nothing for the homeowner! Very unprofessional management especially a *** senior community association manager, has made it impossible to communicate with, unreachable via phone and when you call headquarters still the cannot reach their own staff, she has emailed and the end of the business day not allowing for proper professional dialogues/email correspondence. I keep sending emails and trying to reach management but no phone calls back. I will never recommend this company for any management role they take your money.
