Real Estate Transaction
Boris Mannsfeld represented the buyer purchasing vacant land from us in Sept 2022. Boris Mannsfeld and Associates held the escrow on the property and did not have the funds to pay us at closing. Many excuses were made, but it came down to they used escrow funds for other purposes. It took hiring an attorney and 2 months beyond our closing date to be made whole. He offered $5k in interest and damanges, which did not cover attorney costs, interest and loss of our funds and other deals while he kept our funds. Buyer and seller beware and make sure he does not hold funds in any transaciton if deal with this firm.
Desired outcome: They should not have a license to do real estate if they are touching escrow funds.

I've been vacationing in Belize for over 10 years and though it was finally time to buy something of my own. This real estate company advertises that they are the biggest in the country! Buyer beware... one of the listings they sent turned out not even to be for sale! My experience with them was a complete waste of time and money. These guys aren't even licensed and they advertising properties that are not even for sale! Please do your homework before hiring this company and look at the other complaints about them!

Your complaint is obviously a fraud and shows your complete dishonesty.
1. We never advertise that we are the "biggest in the country". We ONLY operate in the Placencia region since we strongly believe this is by far the BEST place to live and invest in in Belize. YES...we are the biggest real estate firm in the Placencia are and honestly...#1 by a far shot. So this is your first lie.
2. You stated we sent you a listing that is not for sale? Now why would we do this? Send you info on a pretty that is not for sale? If it is not for sale then we woful nto be Abel to sell ti and therefore we woudl not earn a commission and all of our time would be wasted. Makes zero sense! We have most of the listings in the are because buyers and sellers trust our firm and know we are the best of the best in the area. Feel free to look at our google reviews or testimonials on our website. So either you were drinking or smoking too much while you filed this fraudulent complaint or you are blatantly no telling the truth.
3. You obviously did not spend any time with us (and no money( and instead are just filing a dishonest complaint. Look at out google reviews and website reviews and the positive testimonials, global awards and extremely happy and grateful clients.
4. Then you state "these guys are not even licensed". This shows your true character...a perpetual liar. You see... there is no real estate licensing in Belize. So NO FIRM in belize has a license! No available!. Then you continue to lie because Boris Mannsfeld is actually licensed in Colorado. He has been a licensed agent for over 20 years with an exceptional track record. We are one of the very few firms in Belize that actually has someone on board who is licensed and who underwent formal real estate training and who actually has strict ethic rules that must be followed in order to keep his license. Perpetually lying is a disease. I suggest that you go seek some help.
So I suggest that you quit filing false and fraudulent complaints. Not good for anyone. People in belize are happy and friendly so I suggest you stay in your country and not visit or buy property in belize since we do not need people like you.

Tried to sell me a beach lot in the village with forged titles. Luckily my Layer made me aware of this. Buyers beware Boris Mannsfeld & Associates is a fraud. Met a local property owner (Albert Lowen) that told me that Boris Mannsfeld & Associates tried to overwrite Documents at the lands department with bribery's and forged titles.
