Originally contacted Solar Appliances to repair Maytag dryer June which was under warranty and paid for the part costing almost $300. The same part serviceman replaced broke less than 9 months later and was charged over $200 for labor! When I questioned the representative regarding the excessive amount, I was informed each part has a specific labor charge attached to it. Sounds absolutely ludicrous to me. Notified the manufacturer not to utilize this company for future repairs.

I hade repair work done on my refrigerator ice maker in top freezer, thr Technician has came on two different calls, every time there is another problem.I have spent a total of about $ 600.00 on this repair. The refrigerator ice maker, is still not making ice. I called them back out again for them to tell me that freezer temp is not dropping lower to make ice, The technician for price tag of about $ 500.00. I thank this pure case of missing leading a customer

This company has been out three times to repair my dishwasher which is under warranty
This company has been out three times to repair my dishwasher which is under warranty. Still not working. They stated that they needed to order different parts each time out and that would finally fix the unit. They set up an appointment for Wednesday, June 17 to come out to install the new parts. Yesterday, they informed me that they would be out today, June 16 between 3 and 6pm. To accommodate them...and because we have been without a dishwasher for three months...I cancelled an important Dr's appointment to be here for that time. They did not show up, and did not call me to explain. This has inconvienced me greatly. Awful service !
