Soft Serve Clothing review: 2 orders unfulfilled

I placed 2 orders in February 2023 and was told they would both ship within 10 days. They took my money in less than 24 hours of the orders being placed. I have been trying to contact them since April and I finally got a couple of responses through messenger and each one gives a later and later expect to ship date. I told them I wanted to cancel both of my orders and I wanted my money back. They said if I provided a venmo or PayPal account they reimburse me immediately. I gave them my venmo information and have heard nothing back since. And of course as of right now I have no product and no money.
