Soft Serve Clothing I purchased 2 hoodies ($104 total) on September 14

I purchased 2 hoodies ($104 total) on September 14. The delivery was a bit slower then expected and I understand because of COVID and the fires in CA (I also live in CA). I emailed them on September 30th and had requested an update from this company. After not hearing back, I requested a cancellation from them. They emailed me back three days later with a generic email saying that the item was still being processed and that there was a delay. I understood that but like I had stated previously, I wanted a cancellation. I emailed them again asking them to please cancel my order (this was supposed to be a gift anyways and was already late, $100 is a lot to me..) and they emailed me back with the SAME exact generic email. After at least another 6 emails were I request my cancellation, I have not been able to get in contact with anyone. The hoodies are very late and frankly, I want what I paid for. Like I said, $104 is a lot to me and I would have appreciated customer support to match that cost. Now that I have emailed them AGAIN, they told me I need to pay for my return. This is an absolute nightmare and I wish I had known this before ordering. I really need my money back and they aren't helping

Order clothing fro company in September 2022 and was charged. Have reached out to. Check on shipment on 9/21/2022 and 11/6/2022. Response is that they are still waiting for materials. When ordered said it would. About 2 weeks for delivery still no product.

On September 29th, 2022 I placed an order for a preordered item. I knew it would not ship until after October however it has now been almost two months, is no longer on the website, and no longer seen on the brands social media pages. *** tried contacting them but have not received a response. I believe this company is a scam and hope I can get my $69 back for one article of clothing! Do not recommend.

Placed an order on 10/10/2022. It is now 11/21/2022. I have yet to receive the items, and have been billed for them, and paid. There is no ETA on the items. No information from the company via site or email, or my account. I feel like they stole my money.

I purchased a hoodie from them back in September. The order number is confidential. I still have yet to receive it and every time I email them, they tell me the delivery has been pushed back to the end of October, then November, and now December. I have asked for a refund multiple times and always receive a generic email in response, assuring me that they understand my excitement about my purchase, and promising to email me when it ships. I just want my money back. I will never purchase anything from them ever again after this experience. They need to improve their customer service!

Soft Serve Clothing I bought a hoodie on 11/9

I bought a hoodie on 11/9. They contacted me and said the color I ordered was not in stock so I could wait or select a color in stock. I risked it and picked a color in stock. The shipping was fast. I got it on 11/14. It was a gift. My boyfriend did not like the color. The fabric feels like cheap polyester. I requested a refund after *** confirmed the new hoodie was returned. I am getting the run around from them as so many others state about getting a refund. I called the phone number on my credit card for them and it has a voice mail and then it hangs up on you. I encourage everyone on here to call it - *** I plan to report them to the Complaintsboard.com the *** and my credit card. STAY FAR AWAY from this company. PS - they send replies at 3 am so I am assuming they are not actually in *** SCAM. I have gone back and forth with the company on line via emails. They admitted they received my returned merchandise. They lie and tell me they refunded me. I called my credit card company twice and there is no pending refund. It has been 6 days since they said they refunded me. I mailed it on 11/16 via *** with tracking and they received it on 11/18. It is 12/5 and I do not yet have my $65 refund.

I brought $74.95 worth of products on August 11th, 2022 and have not received anything. Every time I contact the seller I receive excuses about product availability and they should restock by next week and I would receive info about the order shipment info. I havent received anything, and the last time I contacted them and asked for a refund I was told next week again. It doesnt seem like theyre going to give me a refund, and the only time I can get any info about whats going on is if I contact them. I would think if there was an issue with something the company would send out an email, but this company have not

I placed an online order with Soft Serve Clothing on June 19, 2022. To date, (it is now October 9, 2022), I still have not received my items I ordered. I have had multiple email chats with *** in customer service and each and every time, she has the same excuse/reason for the delay. I am totally frustrated with their lack of resolution.

I originally ordered from soft serve back in June 2022. By middle of August I had still not received my order or any shipping information. I reached out to the customer service email and was told some of the products I ordered were pre-orders (I do not belive this was stated on the website prior to purchasing) and that it was expected to ship end of August/Early September. It is now middle of October and I have not received any updates. I have requested a refund but have not heard back yet

I purchased two sweatshirts online from this company on August 19th. 10 days later I emailed them to ask the status of my order, as I had not received the product nor any tracking information. They replied back that my order was in production but because of COVID-19 they were behind, And that my order should ship in the next 7 days if not sooner. on September 19th I emailed them again to find out where my order was, as I still had not received the product nor any tracking information. They replied back that they were still behind and that as soon as my product was ready it would ship out and they would send me tracking information. I replied back asking for a refund. They replied back(September 21st) that they would give me a $25 discount towards any future purchase in my package and that my order was currently processing and due to ship soon. I replied back that I didn't want it and I want my refund. They have not replied back. I emailed them again on September 22nd asking for confirmation that they will be processing my refund and to let me know how long it would take. It is now September 23rd and I cannot get a response back from them, when previously they would respond back to me within 24 hours. I feel like they have scammed me and I have to fight to get my money back now

I want this company to cease all communication with me. I have made attempts to contact this company, but I have failed. The email provided does not work. The phone calls have not led to any resolution. I currently receive numerous texts daily, which occupy my inbox and prevent me from receiving information I actually desire. I feel this constant barrage of messages is a form of harassment.

Placed an order online for 2 blankets in October . On 10/26 my bank account was debited for $150.00 by Soft Serve Clothing for the cost of the blankets. The blankets were never shipped, never received. I have sent numerous emails to Soft Serve Clothing in an attempt to get my refund. There has been zero response from the company.

Soft Serve Clothing I ordered my sweatshirt and joggers back in September and they came in on 10/30

I ordered my sweatshirt and joggers back in September and they came in on 10/30. When they came in, the joggers had a huge hole on the waistband and I emailed customer support to let them know. I was told to take pictures (which I did) and was told I would be sent a replacement pair. A few days later, I received notification that the company sent out a replacement hoodie (my hoodie that came in was fine, the joggers were damaged). I contacted customer service again and informed them that they were sending out the wrong item. I was told by *** that I was supposed to refuse the unopened package when it came in from *** I did it the day it came in on 11/3. The next day, I received another package via *** Not knowing whether it was the correct item I refused it as well (no one from customer service told me what was going on). It has now been several weeks and when I contacted customer service again, they said that I refused them and I have to wait on the warehouse to get back to me. I am extremely frustrated with the handling of this issue that I had no control over due to faults that were not mine. I have done everything that was asked of my by your company and at this point, I would either like a refund, or to have the joggers that I ordered over 2 months ago be shipped out to rectify the situation. Same thing happened to me with my last 2 orders. It's weird though, for over a year I placed many orders and received the products! They even upgraded their products for a while.

Then suddenly, it's like they a JUST a scam site!

I placed on order for hoodie and joggers back on March 4, 2023. Never received them or the refund I asked for which was $78 and some change. I had been emailing back and forth with them and they always said it would be shipped at a later date on each email. The last email I responded to them was not nice and I am so frustrated for not getting my items or money back. They are a total scam and do not ever order from them!

Ordered on 11/5/22, still have not received the order as of 5/28/23. Contacted them multiple times asking for a refund and they kept offering to give me free stuff if I waited. I refused every offer and they eventually said they forwarded my request to their refunds department. This was a month ago and I have yet to receive any further communication or a refund. Avoid at all costs.

I’m in the same boat except I ordered a hoodies and pants in December 2022. I have received multiple emails from the company about the shipping dates each time a month or so longer than the last one. I checked online about the status of the company given their number of complaints and have found out nothing except they haven’t responded to my latest email a week ago. They even offered me a free hoodies because of the delays which of course I have t received either. I have purchased many items from them and really liked them so this is disappointing to say the least.

Oct 2021 online purchase of a sweatshirt $72.00 -my credit card was charged immediately . I contact the company via email 3 times regarding delivery; covid was the reason for the delay. Finally received the item sometime in January - the item is defective - contacted customer service and their response was that they do not refund on used items and that I only had 30 days to file a complaint. I explained that I was away in *** from January 12- Feb 10 - just opened the package and it was defective - I wanted to return the item for a full refund. They have an order date of Jan 7 and a delivery date of January 10 - on the paper work in the packaging.

Soft Serve Clothing I have ordered 9+ women's hoodies from Soft Serve Clothing

I have ordered 9+ women's hoodies from Soft Serve Clothing. The one that is disturbing me the most is the order I placed on July 21st. After thirty plus emails about when my order would ship, all I receive are generic responses that they are short staffed, can't source the materials needed, etc. However, they finally said my order was being shipped as of September 17th, and they provided me a USPS number. Upon tracking the number, all it says (as of 9/24) is a label was created, yet IT WAS NEVER D3ELIVERED TO THE POST OFFICE. I called USPS and they are NOT in receipt of pkg. This company continues to provide me with bogus tracking numbers, alleges that there are fires in Oceanside, CA causing delay (which is a LIE), and there is NO phone # to call these people. Now they're telling me, USPS is having difficulty scanning items, thus the delay. USPS, by law, must SCAN an item once it is delivered to the post office. In summary, this company continues to roll out new colors of their hoodies, without satisfying the back orders from 2-months ago. They take your money and then don't send you the merchandise. It's WRONG on so many levels how they continue to lie to their customers, and something should be done about this. Waiting 2-months to receive a sweatshirt and then to receive a BOGUS USPS tracking # is unacceptable. Businesses like this should not be allowed to continue this and scamming customers.

I placed an order on 8/21, for clothing and paid $280.80 at the time of purchase. I have been in contact with the company on numerous occasions since I have still not received the items. First, soft serve clothing blamed covid for not shipping my purchase, their shipping warehouse, then the shipping company, and back and forth between those excuses since. I have requested a complete refund numerous times since November, because at first I tried to be patient, but now it has become ridiculous. The customer care specialist, McLlien, has stated on 9/12, 11/7, and 1/17 that they were personally assuring me it would be shipped within 24 hours. Nothing has been done to this date. I would like to be refunded immediately before I have to contact a lawyer to sue for my money as well as interest and damages. I have said to them via email conversations, since there is no phone number or other contact information available, that I would take action by pressing charges, reporting them, and informing the appropriate authorities along with social media, since November if the matter was not resolved and they have refused to do so. It is extremely upsetting, as I am someone whose family has been greatly impacted by this horrific global pandemic, to have a company use it as an excuse for poor business practice and what can now only be referred to as theft. I appreciate whatever helped you can provide in this matter. Thank you

I ordered clothing after seeing sale advertised. Reviews on website were mostly 5 stars. After purchase, I saw angry reacts on ads for business, and growing concerned I did a Google search for reviews of the company. I found reviews here and on TrustPilot and decided I did not want to purchase from this company, after all. I responded to the order confirmation email asking to cancel the order (within an hour of placing it) and received and automatic reply stating someone would help me within 1-2 days. The next day I received a marketing text from "Sarah" advertising the same "one-day" sale I already purchased from. I asked her to please respond to my email asking to cancel my order. She assured me someone would get back to me in a timely manner but said to reach back out to her if I had any problems. The next day I sent another email following up and received no response, but suddenly received a USPS tracking number (label printed, not yet received by USPS). I texted Sarah again and she told me the line she was texting on was for pre-sales support only and to email support. I responded I already had, and she didn't answer. Then at 2AM the next morning I finally received an email back stating the item had shipped but that I could return it if I still don't want it. However from what I can tell here, many people have returned items and still not received refunds after months of fighting for them, so now due to a lack of trust, I feel stuck with it and like I've been jipped.

After placing an order with this company, I waited for a shipping date which never came. Before reaching out to the company, I looked into them to see if this was a common issue with Soft Serve Clothing Company. It became clear that they have an abundance of angry/unhappy customers. I decided to cancel my order after not receiving a shipping date, reading their many bad reviews, and decided I did not wish to support a business with such a terrible reputation. I reached out the the company 3 times, asking to simply cancel my order and seek a refund. Each time, I received mostly auto-generated responses that did not address my request to have my order cancelled. I clearly stated I wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund. After receiving very unclear emails about what they were doing in response to my several cancellation requests, I received a shipping notification from the company. Hi Valerie, Thank you for getting back to us and we are so sorry for the delay. I truly understand your decision in just getting a refund. We are so sorry to have let you down in this occasion. I ordered two hoodies on 17 September , one Large in Steel Blue and one 3xl in Mint. We received the correct size for the mint hoodie, however the steel blue large hoodie was mislabeled and actually a 3xl. I contacted the customer service as soon as we noticed the mistake and they were to reship the proper hoodie. We received the replacement hoodie on 16 October (almost a full month after we notified of the issue) and it was again a 3XL packaged as a large. I immediately contacted customer service again and they promised to ship the proper hoodie immediately. Three days later, I was informed that the hoodie I ordered was out of stock and instructed to select a different color, which I did. One day later, I was informed the replacement color was out of stock, so I again chose a different color. Another day passes, and I was again informed the replacement color was out of stock and offered colors that I was not interested in and also wouldn't be available until sometime in November . They claim that the 'pandemic has created issues', yet they are still selling the hoodie I ordered in the color I ordered and in the size I ordered online. After refusing the colors I did not want, it went several days before a response just telling me again to pick the color I am not interested in. I would prefer a refund full for this hoodie as it appears they will never ship the product I ordered and if they continue to refuse, I want some sort of compensation for accepting a product I do not want and have no use for.

I bought a hoodie mystery box on a special sale advertised via social media. The mobile site I used for the purchase didn't show any clear information about the no-return policy. Their site repeatedly emphasizes an 'amazement' guarantee and promises easy returns for unsatisfied customers. However, I was far from amazed or impressed by what I received. The product's quality, appearance, texture, fit—every aspect was underwhelming. I expected a surprise in color, but the items were also exceptionally unattractive. They bore no resemblance to the images shown online for the shades I got. It felt like expecting a premium brand but getting a low-end imitation instead. When I reached out to customer service for a return, they denied my request, claiming my items were a final sale. I countered with screenshots of their guarantee as advertised on their site. In response, customer service sent a screenshot from a desktop site showing a different mystery box with a small note about being non-refundable. This experience has taught me to research a company before buying. Their reaction prompted me to notice that they remove negative feedback from their social media, although traces of such reviews remain. I'm reluctant to dispute the charges and keep the hoodies, but I refuse to pay for substandard merchandise. If Complaintsboard.com cannot persuade them to agree to a return at their cost, I am willing to challenge the charges.

Soft Serve Clothing I placed order #*** on 09/26 and finally received the order on 11/12

I placed order #*** on 09/26 and finally received the order on 11/12. It was the wrong size and was not the same color as advertised. I contacted customer service on 11/13 and was provided an "RMA sheet" to complete and return. I returned the item with RMA sheet via USPS Priority mail on 11/16 and USPS confirmed it was delivered on 11/18. The exchange was never processed and I contacted customer service on 12/03 to check on the status. I received a response on 12/08 stating that I had to send a photo of the tracking receipt from USPS. I did so the same day on 12/08. I received no response after the 3 business day response time frame and followed up again on 12/11. I received a response on 12/13 asking for the details of my exchange request - which were also required to be entered on the RMA sheet that was shipped back with the exchange. I responded with the details as requested on 12/14. I received a response on 12/15 that my exchange request was escalated for resolution. I followed up after the 3 business day response on 12/18 as no updates or processing was completed. I received no reply and contacted customer service again on 12/28. I received no reply and contacted customer service again on 12/31. I finally received a reply on 1/1 that it was taking longer than expected and they would have someone check on it again. It is now 1/7 and I still have received no further information and the exchange has not been processed. It has been nearly 2 months since this exchange nightmare began and nothing has been completed.

Soft Serve Clothing I ordered one of the hoodies which was on sale for 50% off making it still a hefty price of $45

I ordered one of the hoodies which was on sale for 50% off making it still a hefty price of $45. I wouldn't have even dreamed of ordering if they were full price. The website said they run big so I ordered my size. It came fairly quickly and I opened it and tried it on. It doesn't run large. It fits but JUST fits. In pulling the hoodie down I noticed there was a BIG hole where the waistband wasn't sewn onto the hoodie properly. The stitching missed the fabric of the hoodie completely in one area. I emailed them, with images, and asked for a replacement in one size larger since their website was wrong about sizing. I was told I would be contacted back in 1-2 days. Over a week later I had not heard anything. In the meantime I am, of course, receiving DAILY emails from them trying to sell me more of their products. So, I emailed again and let them know I had heard nothing back. I got an email back, from my first mailing, offering me 20% back and I could keep the useless hoodie "as a courtesy". I can't even WASH the hoodie because the damage will become worse! This is ridiculous? What sort of company offers you only a discount and not a replacement for a defective item that their customer can't really use? The email was, also, one big run on sentence that was grammatically absurd belying the fact that the person who wrote it does not speak English as their native language. This is entirely unacceptable. I should be offered, for the amount I paid, a replacement or a full refund. Not a piddly 20% back and a badly worded email that makes it seem like they're doing ME a favor by letting me keep the useless item. Absolutely unacceptable!

Soft Serve Clothing I ordered from this company on 9/8 and received a shipping notification with tracking information on 9/9, but according to the tracking

I ordered from this company on 9/8 and received a shipping notification with tracking information on 9/9, but according to the tracking information the USPS never received a package to be shipped (basically a label was created and that's it). After 3 weeks of waiting I contacted the company who initially told me that my order had shipped and that I should already have it. They said they would look into it and contact me. A week later, I heard nothing so I sent another email. No answer. So I sent another email and requested that they cancel my order and issue a refund. They replied to that email on 10/9, and blamed USPS for not being able to scan packages and said that they hired a new courier and would send me updated shipping info. I emailed back and said no thank you, cancel my order and issue a refund. There has been back and forth emailing since then, and every time, they ignore my request to cancel my order and say that they are working on shipping, etc. I have requested that they cancel my order and issue a refund 5 times now. And no, I still don't have any updated shipping information. I think they are stalling until they can actually send something. According to their website, they give refunds, but according to other reviews I have seen online, Soft Serve requires you to pay return shipping then only gives a 25% refund. (but that info is NOT on their website) So whatever happens, they keep most of your money. Apparently, I am not alone in my experiences. I found this website: *** and most people are having the same problems as I am. One problem is that the company does not post location [supposedly Oceanside, CA] on their website. So people cannot look them up on Complaintsboard.com until after they order and get the fake USPS tracking information from Oceanside.

I thought i was purchasing from Soft Serve Clothing a really nice quality, organic cotton, super soft, made in america hoodie from this company. When i received it it was pure junk. Super thin, not very soft, very small, pocket sewn in sideways and crooked. It is not what they advertised. Theres no phone number to call anyone, i only found an email so i have been emailing for a month now wanting a refund. They gave me the run around and ignored my emails. Then after me emailing non stop they said i had to create an account, which i did. Then they said i had to wait for a response to get a return number to file for a return. This is all after many many emails to them ignoring me. Then, i wait and wait. Finally i get the ok to return my item for a refund. I send the item back and they ignore me again. I email and email and email. They just say we dont show a recird of your item being returned, i had the tracking number also. I emailed that and they keep blaming covid now saying it may take linger due to covid. Theres absolutely no reason for this. It says if you return an item your supposed to get your money back right after they receive it in the warehouse. It been a couple weeks now since they got my new item back, this company is a complete scam and they are ripping people off. They wont give me my money back. I want my full amount back, this item is not at all even close to as described. I paid *** i want my money back.please help me get it back and help others from being scammed from this company. My order number is ***, 13***27. The tracking number is ***. They received the item back Dec 20th. They have done everything in their power to put this off and not email me in a timely matter everytime or completely ignore me. They dont want to refund my money, its obvious. Arent they legally obligated to also have a contact phone number for this very reason?

Soft Serve Clothing I waited over 2 months for the product

I waited over 2 months for the product. Constantly told "it's coming x date" but it wasn't. Then they asked if I wanted to switch out a zip hoodie with a regular one... FOR THE SAME PRICE, telling me there is no price difference. Later I realized there actually is a $10 price difference. I finally get them. The quality is disappointing, the fabric is thin and almost see through, and they feel plasticky and I overheat in them or am too cold. They advertise as "low-maintenance" and then have very elaborate care instructions involving the delicate cycle, washing them in a load by themselves (?! these are supposed to be eco-friendly), air drying, not washing them often (gross!), etc. I decide to take the middle path and wash on cold, soft items only in load, drying on low. After 3 washes the pockets on 2 of them are completely falling off in the same places. Threads ripping everywhere. They are so horribly pilled up too they look ancient and threadbare. Terrible quality. I write them about the pockets and ask for an exchange, I have had them 3 weeks only. They say no because they are worn. I said I know, but this is a quality issue, these are defective. They blame me for not washing them on delicate in a load by itself (which isn't even on the website). I have delicate items I have accidentally washed in the regular cycle many times that don't fall apart, including tights and lingerie. These are poor quality. The pockets literally ripped off after 3 washes with some extra care. I don't want an exchange anymore because these products are expensive and terrible quality. I want a refund. I will send them back if they want. I would accept an exchange as the last resort. They FINALLY (after much back and forth) offered me a $25 GC but that is not sufficient considering two items in one order broke in exactly the same way, and these are $89 sweatshirts. I will send photos of damaged pockets if needed, and copies of emails.

Soft Serve Clothing Back on September 29th I placed an pre-order for a hoodie

Back on September 29th I placed an pre-order for a hoodie. Since it was a "pre-order they said it would be shipped on 10/14. Rewind back to 10/20, I emailed customer service asking when my hoodie would be shipped because I had not received any notification stating it shipped. Their response I got was blaming covid for the delay in shipping and he said they would be shipping my item "ASAP". So, on the 21st I seen others commenting on their *** page saying they received their pre-order stuff and I made a comment saying I still haven't received mine due to "covid". Well a rep messaged me on messenger and said the reason is there is a "delay in production" and my order would ship out in TEN DAYS! Forward to 10/29 I dm'd them asking what the update was, they just said "nothing yet but SHOULD be shipping within the next couple days". Now its 11/4, I dm'd them again asking where my hoodie was? Their response was "they had even FURTHER DELAYS than anticipated and it would ship by end of this week or NEXT WEEK". And said if I no longer wanted it i could cancel my order, REALLY? So, they did offer me a 25% off coupon but, you guessed it its for my NEXT purchase. When I responded saying I should be compensated for this order, they came back with 10%($7 refund for those wondering). This rep then told me that it was still delayed because they had problems with the dyeing process and had to re-do them. First off, they should of emailed ALL customers who purchased that hoodie and made them aware of delays and why, they never did. I got 4 different reasons! So, 11/12 I was asked if I would like a different color. When I told them yes, they responded two days later saying they cant switch because my hoodie was shipped already. Even though 6 days prior I was told they had to be re-done. Now it's 11/18 and my item says it was delivered but, I NEVER received! I filed a claim with USPS but, at this point I just want my money back and I will never buy from them again!

Soft Serve Clothing I wanted to buy a hoodie on sale, but encountered issues with an additional discount.

I wanted to purchase a hoodie that was on sale and had added it to my online cart. The company sends me promotional text messages, and on 10/26/22, they messaged me to check out my cart for an extra 15% off. However, when I tried to check out and apply the extra discount, the checkout screen indicated that promotions could not be combined. Despite the sale items being 3 for $99, the text message had encouraged me to save more, but the system denied the additional discount at checkout. I contacted the company to inquire why coupons couldn't be used on sale items and where this policy was stated, but they failed to clarify and refused to honor the discount. They cited website rules and provided a screenshot showing a warning above the code entry box. I couldn't find any information on their website about restrictions on combining sales and coupons, and their emails suggested sometimes they could be combined. After accusing them of false advertising and demanding a resolution, they offered a $20 gift card, which I found insufficient. They dismissed my request for a more substantial compensation, given the regular price of the hoodies is $85. I've decided to report this issue to Complaintsboard.com and have a screenshot of the text with the sale and the additional discount offer.

Soft Serve Clothing Soft Serve Clothing Company markets sweatshirts online and promotes on social media.

Soft Serve Clothing Company is an online company that makes sweatshirts and advertises their product on social media. I ordered a sweatshirt from them on 11/14, using my work email for communication. The delivery was prompt, but I didn't wear it immediately. When I did wear it at home, where I currently teach, I noticed after wearing it twice without washing that the bottom band had a 4 inch hole. I contacted the company on December 9, about the defect. After a week, I received only an auto-reply. I followed up on 12/16 and they asked for photos. I sent them, requesting a refund and a return label. On December 18th, they offered a 20% refund without return, which I found unacceptable due to the defect. I've not had further response, and after seeing many negative reviews, I've involved my credit card company, which has issued a refund.

Soft Serve Clothing November 11: I made 2 separate $80 orders due to a sale (bogo for $11)

November 11: I made 2 separate $80 orders due to a sale (bogo for $11). Both orders had "cloud cotton 2.0 joggers", 1 a quarter zip, 1 a zipper hoodie. At order time no items were marked "pre-order" but I saw a statement saying items would ship by the end of November, which I thought would be ok since they were Christmas presents. 12/4: items hadn't shipped. I emailed customer service and they said 1 item was a pre-order so that's why neither order shipped. I pointed out the orders were going to different places and asked for further explanation; they said the joggers in both orders and the quarter zip were arriving behind schedule, but they should arrive and ship out in the next 2 weeks. In response to my comment that they were Christmas presents: "if you can no longer wait and prefer we update to items that are in stock now and ready to ship, please check the website for available options and let us know. We can get the order updated for you right away." I purchased backup gifts listed in stock on the website, but still wanted the sets to give later as bday presents so I kept the 2 orders active. The backup gifts arrived with no issue within 1 week of purchase. I'm still waiting on the 2 orders from 11/11. I emailed 1/9/22 asking if they were no longer issuing the joggers as they were fully removed from the site and asked them to send the items that they had in stock. I stated "Alternatively, please let me know if I will not be receiving my purchased items, so I may work on possibly getting a refund for those two orders" 1/10 response: "The shipment date of your order was adjusted because the production of the items was taking longer than anticipated. We are very sorry for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused you. We should be shipping this order in 2 weeks or probably sooner." My orders STILL haven't shipped. I want the items but I don't think they're coming. I'm also concerned I won't get a refund because they ignored that part of my email.

Soft Serve Clothing I saw a Soft Serve Clothing ad on a popular online marketplace and ordered a zip-up

I saw a Soft Serve Clothing advertisement on a popular online marketplace and, based on the numerous glowing reviews, placed an order for a zip-up hoodie on May 22nd. The money was almost immediately removed from my account. Their website says most orders ship within 24-48 hours, but noted there could be a delay due to the pandemic. After receiving neither a shipping confirmation nor an email indicating a delay, after about a week I checked in via direct message to see the status of my order. I was told it would be shipping soon. Then began numerous messages back and forth with empty promises of shipment. It was only then that I found that many other customers were having the same issue. Promise after promise for almost 2 months now, no shipment of my order. Yet Soft Serve clothing continues to send texts and emails to me personally, and advertise for new colors, and one may still purchase the exact same item in the exact same color and size that I ordered online even though they clearly do not have the product as they have not shipped it to me. When I brought up the possibility that all these glowing reviews might be self-generated by the company and fraudulent, I was told to reach out to the happy customers myself. I did, and not one customer responded to my inquiry of how long their shipment took, I was subsequently blocked from any further posting. Ultimately, my money was refunded along with the promise that I still would receive my order, but no product has been received. Now, when I send a message to the company, it is not only not responded to, it is deleted. My email to customer service was ignored. There is no phone number to call. While I suppose my issue is resolved since my money has been refunded (even though I never wanted a refund, just the product I ordered), this company continues to generate new business and that has me fuming. I have documentation of all this.
