Soft Serve Clothing I placed order #*** on 09/26 and finally received the order on 11/12

I placed order #*** on 09/26 and finally received the order on 11/12. It was the wrong size and was not the same color as advertised. I contacted customer service on 11/13 and was provided an "RMA sheet" to complete and return. I returned the item with RMA sheet via USPS Priority mail on 11/16 and USPS confirmed it was delivered on 11/18. The exchange was never processed and I contacted customer service on 12/03 to check on the status. I received a response on 12/08 stating that I had to send a photo of the tracking receipt from USPS. I did so the same day on 12/08. I received no response after the 3 business day response time frame and followed up again on 12/11. I received a response on 12/13 asking for the details of my exchange request - which were also required to be entered on the RMA sheet that was shipped back with the exchange. I responded with the details as requested on 12/14. I received a response on 12/15 that my exchange request was escalated for resolution. I followed up after the 3 business day response on 12/18 as no updates or processing was completed. I received no reply and contacted customer service again on 12/28. I received no reply and contacted customer service again on 12/31. I finally received a reply on 1/1 that it was taking longer than expected and they would have someone check on it again. It is now 1/7 and I still have received no further information and the exchange has not been processed. It has been nearly 2 months since this exchange nightmare began and nothing has been completed.

Soft Serve Clothing I ordered one of the hoodies which was on sale for 50% off making it still a hefty price of $45

I ordered one of the hoodies which was on sale for 50% off making it still a hefty price of $45. I wouldn't have even dreamed of ordering if they were full price. The website said they run big so I ordered my size. It came fairly quickly and I opened it and tried it on. It doesn't run large. It fits but JUST fits. In pulling the hoodie down I noticed there was a BIG hole where the waistband wasn't sewn onto the hoodie properly. The stitching missed the fabric of the hoodie completely in one area. I emailed them, with images, and asked for a replacement in one size larger since their website was wrong about sizing. I was told I would be contacted back in 1-2 days. Over a week later I had not heard anything. In the meantime I am, of course, receiving DAILY emails from them trying to sell me more of their products. So, I emailed again and let them know I had heard nothing back. I got an email back, from my first mailing, offering me 20% back and I could keep the useless hoodie "as a courtesy". I can't even WASH the hoodie because the damage will become worse! This is ridiculous? What sort of company offers you only a discount and not a replacement for a defective item that their customer can't really use? The email was, also, one big run on sentence that was grammatically absurd belying the fact that the person who wrote it does not speak English as their native language. This is entirely unacceptable. I should be offered, for the amount I paid, a replacement or a full refund. Not a piddly 20% back and a badly worded email that makes it seem like they're doing ME a favor by letting me keep the useless item. Absolutely unacceptable!

Soft Serve Clothing I ordered from this company on 9/8 and received a shipping notification with tracking information on 9/9, but according to the tracking

I ordered from this company on 9/8 and received a shipping notification with tracking information on 9/9, but according to the tracking information the USPS never received a package to be shipped (basically a label was created and that's it). After 3 weeks of waiting I contacted the company who initially told me that my order had shipped and that I should already have it. They said they would look into it and contact me. A week later, I heard nothing so I sent another email. No answer. So I sent another email and requested that they cancel my order and issue a refund. They replied to that email on 10/9, and blamed USPS for not being able to scan packages and said that they hired a new courier and would send me updated shipping info. I emailed back and said no thank you, cancel my order and issue a refund. There has been back and forth emailing since then, and every time, they ignore my request to cancel my order and say that they are working on shipping, etc. I have requested that they cancel my order and issue a refund 5 times now. And no, I still don't have any updated shipping information. I think they are stalling until they can actually send something. According to their website, they give refunds, but according to other reviews I have seen online, Soft Serve requires you to pay return shipping then only gives a 25% refund. (but that info is NOT on their website) So whatever happens, they keep most of your money. Apparently, I am not alone in my experiences. I found this website: *** and most people are having the same problems as I am. One problem is that the company does not post location [supposedly Oceanside, CA] on their website. So people cannot look them up on Complaintsboard.com until after they order and get the fake USPS tracking information from Oceanside.

I thought i was purchasing from Soft Serve Clothing a really nice quality, organic cotton, super soft, made in america hoodie from this company. When i received it it was pure junk. Super thin, not very soft, very small, pocket sewn in sideways and crooked. It is not what they advertised. Theres no phone number to call anyone, i only found an email so i have been emailing for a month now wanting a refund. They gave me the run around and ignored my emails. Then after me emailing non stop they said i had to create an account, which i did. Then they said i had to wait for a response to get a return number to file for a return. This is all after many many emails to them ignoring me. Then, i wait and wait. Finally i get the ok to return my item for a refund. I send the item back and they ignore me again. I email and email and email. They just say we dont show a recird of your item being returned, i had the tracking number also. I emailed that and they keep blaming covid now saying it may take linger due to covid. Theres absolutely no reason for this. It says if you return an item your supposed to get your money back right after they receive it in the warehouse. It been a couple weeks now since they got my new item back, this company is a complete scam and they are ripping people off. They wont give me my money back. I want my full amount back, this item is not at all even close to as described. I paid *** i want my money back.please help me get it back and help others from being scammed from this company. My order number is ***, 13***27. The tracking number is ***. They received the item back Dec 20th. They have done everything in their power to put this off and not email me in a timely matter everytime or completely ignore me. They dont want to refund my money, its obvious. Arent they legally obligated to also have a contact phone number for this very reason?

Soft Serve Clothing I waited over 2 months for the product

I waited over 2 months for the product. Constantly told "it's coming x date" but it wasn't. Then they asked if I wanted to switch out a zip hoodie with a regular one... FOR THE SAME PRICE, telling me there is no price difference. Later I realized there actually is a $10 price difference. I finally get them. The quality is disappointing, the fabric is thin and almost see through, and they feel plasticky and I overheat in them or am too cold. They advertise as "low-maintenance" and then have very elaborate care instructions involving the delicate cycle, washing them in a load by themselves (?! these are supposed to be eco-friendly), air drying, not washing them often (gross!), etc. I decide to take the middle path and wash on cold, soft items only in load, drying on low. After 3 washes the pockets on 2 of them are completely falling off in the same places. Threads ripping everywhere. They are so horribly pilled up too they look ancient and threadbare. Terrible quality. I write them about the pockets and ask for an exchange, I have had them 3 weeks only. They say no because they are worn. I said I know, but this is a quality issue, these are defective. They blame me for not washing them on delicate in a load by itself (which isn't even on the website). I have delicate items I have accidentally washed in the regular cycle many times that don't fall apart, including tights and lingerie. These are poor quality. The pockets literally ripped off after 3 washes with some extra care. I don't want an exchange anymore because these products are expensive and terrible quality. I want a refund. I will send them back if they want. I would accept an exchange as the last resort. They FINALLY (after much back and forth) offered me a $25 GC but that is not sufficient considering two items in one order broke in exactly the same way, and these are $89 sweatshirts. I will send photos of damaged pockets if needed, and copies of emails.

Soft Serve Clothing Back on September 29th I placed an pre-order for a hoodie

Back on September 29th I placed an pre-order for a hoodie. Since it was a "pre-order they said it would be shipped on 10/14. Rewind back to 10/20, I emailed customer service asking when my hoodie would be shipped because I had not received any notification stating it shipped. Their response I got was blaming covid for the delay in shipping and he said they would be shipping my item "ASAP". So, on the 21st I seen others commenting on their *** page saying they received their pre-order stuff and I made a comment saying I still haven't received mine due to "covid". Well a rep messaged me on messenger and said the reason is there is a "delay in production" and my order would ship out in TEN DAYS! Forward to 10/29 I dm'd them asking what the update was, they just said "nothing yet but SHOULD be shipping within the next couple days". Now its 11/4, I dm'd them again asking where my hoodie was? Their response was "they had even FURTHER DELAYS than anticipated and it would ship by end of this week or NEXT WEEK". And said if I no longer wanted it i could cancel my order, REALLY? So, they did offer me a 25% off coupon but, you guessed it its for my NEXT purchase. When I responded saying I should be compensated for this order, they came back with 10%($7 refund for those wondering). This rep then told me that it was still delayed because they had problems with the dyeing process and had to re-do them. First off, they should of emailed ALL customers who purchased that hoodie and made them aware of delays and why, they never did. I got 4 different reasons! So, 11/12 I was asked if I would like a different color. When I told them yes, they responded two days later saying they cant switch because my hoodie was shipped already. Even though 6 days prior I was told they had to be re-done. Now it's 11/18 and my item says it was delivered but, I NEVER received! I filed a claim with USPS but, at this point I just want my money back and I will never buy from them again!

Soft Serve Clothing I wanted to buy a hoodie on sale, but encountered issues with an additional discount.

I wanted to purchase a hoodie that was on sale and had added it to my online cart. The company sends me promotional text messages, and on 10/26/22, they messaged me to check out my cart for an extra 15% off. However, when I tried to check out and apply the extra discount, the checkout screen indicated that promotions could not be combined. Despite the sale items being 3 for $99, the text message had encouraged me to save more, but the system denied the additional discount at checkout. I contacted the company to inquire why coupons couldn't be used on sale items and where this policy was stated, but they failed to clarify and refused to honor the discount. They cited website rules and provided a screenshot showing a warning above the code entry box. I couldn't find any information on their website about restrictions on combining sales and coupons, and their emails suggested sometimes they could be combined. After accusing them of false advertising and demanding a resolution, they offered a $20 gift card, which I found insufficient. They dismissed my request for a more substantial compensation, given the regular price of the hoodies is $85. I've decided to report this issue to Complaintsboard.com and have a screenshot of the text with the sale and the additional discount offer.

Soft Serve Clothing Soft Serve Clothing Company markets sweatshirts online and promotes on social media.

Soft Serve Clothing Company is an online company that makes sweatshirts and advertises their product on social media. I ordered a sweatshirt from them on 11/14, using my work email for communication. The delivery was prompt, but I didn't wear it immediately. When I did wear it at home, where I currently teach, I noticed after wearing it twice without washing that the bottom band had a 4 inch hole. I contacted the company on December 9, about the defect. After a week, I received only an auto-reply. I followed up on 12/16 and they asked for photos. I sent them, requesting a refund and a return label. On December 18th, they offered a 20% refund without return, which I found unacceptable due to the defect. I've not had further response, and after seeing many negative reviews, I've involved my credit card company, which has issued a refund.

Soft Serve Clothing November 11: I made 2 separate $80 orders due to a sale (bogo for $11)

November 11: I made 2 separate $80 orders due to a sale (bogo for $11). Both orders had "cloud cotton 2.0 joggers", 1 a quarter zip, 1 a zipper hoodie. At order time no items were marked "pre-order" but I saw a statement saying items would ship by the end of November, which I thought would be ok since they were Christmas presents. 12/4: items hadn't shipped. I emailed customer service and they said 1 item was a pre-order so that's why neither order shipped. I pointed out the orders were going to different places and asked for further explanation; they said the joggers in both orders and the quarter zip were arriving behind schedule, but they should arrive and ship out in the next 2 weeks. In response to my comment that they were Christmas presents: "if you can no longer wait and prefer we update to items that are in stock now and ready to ship, please check the website for available options and let us know. We can get the order updated for you right away." I purchased backup gifts listed in stock on the website, but still wanted the sets to give later as bday presents so I kept the 2 orders active. The backup gifts arrived with no issue within 1 week of purchase. I'm still waiting on the 2 orders from 11/11. I emailed 1/9/22 asking if they were no longer issuing the joggers as they were fully removed from the site and asked them to send the items that they had in stock. I stated "Alternatively, please let me know if I will not be receiving my purchased items, so I may work on possibly getting a refund for those two orders" 1/10 response: "The shipment date of your order was adjusted because the production of the items was taking longer than anticipated. We are very sorry for the delay and any inconvenience this may have caused you. We should be shipping this order in 2 weeks or probably sooner." My orders STILL haven't shipped. I want the items but I don't think they're coming. I'm also concerned I won't get a refund because they ignored that part of my email.

Soft Serve Clothing I saw a Soft Serve Clothing ad on a popular online marketplace and ordered a zip-up

I saw a Soft Serve Clothing advertisement on a popular online marketplace and, based on the numerous glowing reviews, placed an order for a zip-up hoodie on May 22nd. The money was almost immediately removed from my account. Their website says most orders ship within 24-48 hours, but noted there could be a delay due to the pandemic. After receiving neither a shipping confirmation nor an email indicating a delay, after about a week I checked in via direct message to see the status of my order. I was told it would be shipping soon. Then began numerous messages back and forth with empty promises of shipment. It was only then that I found that many other customers were having the same issue. Promise after promise for almost 2 months now, no shipment of my order. Yet Soft Serve clothing continues to send texts and emails to me personally, and advertise for new colors, and one may still purchase the exact same item in the exact same color and size that I ordered online even though they clearly do not have the product as they have not shipped it to me. When I brought up the possibility that all these glowing reviews might be self-generated by the company and fraudulent, I was told to reach out to the happy customers myself. I did, and not one customer responded to my inquiry of how long their shipment took, I was subsequently blocked from any further posting. Ultimately, my money was refunded along with the promise that I still would receive my order, but no product has been received. Now, when I send a message to the company, it is not only not responded to, it is deleted. My email to customer service was ignored. There is no phone number to call. While I suppose my issue is resolved since my money has been refunded (even though I never wanted a refund, just the product I ordered), this company continues to generate new business and that has me fuming. I have documentation of all this.
