Their response was a little frustrating. They told me that they had never experienced delays like this before and that they were doing everything humanly possible to get my order to me. They also said that since the hoodies were handmade, delays could cause a shift in delivery date. They shared their production team's ETA with me and explained that the team was unable to meet the projected completion date. They offered to throw in a free tote as a token of appreciation for my patience, but I didn't respond to that offer.
Despite my misgivings, I decided to wait it out. But when March 7th rolled around and I still hadn't received any shipping info, I decided to reach out again.
