Sofamania Sofamania Review: A Total Waste of Money and Time

I gotta say, I ain't one to complain much. I respect companies and the hard work they put into their products. But let me tell ya, I wouldn't recommend Sofamania to my worst enemy. I shelled out about $300 for a Sectional for my family just before Christmas, and I only got it today - after almost a whole month of waiting. And let me tell ya, it was a hot mess when it finally arrived.

First off, the box wasn't even sealed when it got to my doorstep. So, naturally, most of the screws, bolts, and other bits and bobs were scattered all over my driveway. Not a great start, right? And then, to top it all off, the legs were actually broken. I mean, come on - how does that even happen? They're made of hard plastic, for crying out loud. You'd think someone would've checked them before shipping them out.

But wait, there's more! The pillows weren't even stitched properly, so they lost stuffing all over the place. And the couch itself? Let's just say it's like sitting on a piece of plywood. Not exactly what I had in mind when I ordered a comfy sectional for my family to enjoy.

So, to anyone out there who's thinking about ordering from Sofamania - don't do it. Seriously. It's a total waste of your money and your time. I've never dealt with a company this bad in my entire life. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Sofamania Unreliable Customer Service and Hidden Fees: My Experience with Sofamania

I recently purchased two couches from Sofamania and unfortunately, one of them arrived damaged. I tried calling the company during business hours to report the issue, but was surprised to find that their phone number went straight to voicemail for several days. I was frustrated and confused as to why a real company wouldn't answer their phone during normal business hours.

After almost a week of trying to reach them, I finally received a response via email. They requested pictures of the damaged furniture, which I promptly sent. I also expressed my dissatisfaction with the product and the damage it had sustained during delivery. The company responded by informing me that I would be charged a 20% fee to return the item I didn't like, but since it was delivered damaged, I would receive a full refund.

However, I soon discovered that they had lied to me. They still charged me the 20% fee, claiming that it was a return fee and a coupon fee that had been used for both couches, not just the damaged one. I felt like they were trying to rip me off and take advantage of my situation.

Overall, I would not recommend Sofamania to anyone. Their customer service is lacking and they seem to be more interested in making money than providing quality products and services. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy furniture company, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Sofamania Disappointing Purchase: My Experience with Sofamania's Couch

I recently purchased a couch from Sofamania and I have to say, I was not impressed. The delivery was on time, but that's about the only good thing I can say.

When I opened the boxes, I was greeted with what can only be described as giant cardboard boxes wrapped in black potato sacks. I couldn't believe that I had just spent $600 on this. The company claims that it's a couch, but I beg to differ. It's more like an abomination.

If I were a couch, I would be embarrassed to be associated with this hunk of junk. I can't imagine any employee of this company having one of their products in their own home.

I tried to resell it, but the people who came to see it immediately started crying. Twice, people even slapped me for wasting their time. It's that bad.

To make matters worse, my wife left me because of this couch. It was her idea to buy it, but she said that she picked me too, so I must be equally terrible. I even tried to live on the streets with it, but even the homeless guys said it was too ugly for their bridge.

Sofamania, if you're reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself. Your products are a disgrace and you should be doing better. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Sofamania Sofamania Review: Poor Quality Products and Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Sofamania that left me feeling quite disappointed. My family and I were in the process of redecorating our living room and we decided to order some furniture from their website. We were attracted to their affordable prices and thought we were getting a great deal. However, when the furniture arrived, we were shocked to find that the color was completely different from what we had seen on the website. Not only that, but the quality of the furniture was extremely poor.

I tried to contact Sofamania via email to express my concerns, but they never got back to me. I was frustrated and felt like I had wasted my money. Luckily, I had paid for the furniture using PayPal credit and was protected under their item not as described policy. I decided to ship everything back and file a claim with PayPal.

Unfortunately, Sofamania continued to stall on my PayPal claim, telling me that I needed to close the case because "PayPal was holding the funds." In my naivety, I closed the case, thinking that everything was resolved. However, I soon found out that this was a mistake. PayPal informed me that Sofamania had never refunded my money and that I should never close a PayPal dispute/claim until PayPal tells me to do so.

Thankfully, PayPal reopened the claim and I was able to provide them with the two emails that Sofamania had sent me to close the case. In the end, I won the case and was refunded my money. However, I hope that PayPal takes away Sofamania's authorization to do business with them. This company needs to be held accountable for their poor quality products and lack of customer service.

Overall, I would not recommend Sofamania to anyone. While their prices may be tempting, the quality of their products and their customer service is severely lacking. If you're looking for furniture, I would suggest looking elsewhere to avoid the headache and disappointment that I experienced.

Sofamania Terrible Experience with Sofamania: Poor Quality and Customer Service

I recently bought a sofa chair from Sofamania, which was on sale. The chair was slightly wider than a normal seat and came with an ottoman foot storage. I must say, it was the worst purchasing experience I have ever had. I am giving the company a 1-star rating because, although they did deliver the product, it was not up to the mark.

To begin with, one of the legs of the chair was infested with bugs, and there was sawdust everywhere. I let it go, thinking it was just one leg, and asked for a replacement. After some back and forth and sending pictures to prove the damage, they finally sent me another set of legs. However, it took another week and a half to get them.

When I finally received the legs, my company had already arrived, and we were slow to assemble the chair. This turned out to be a big mistake as we encountered more issues. Firstly, one cushion wasn't filled in properly, leaving an empty corner. Secondly, two of the leg screws were screwed and drilled incorrectly, making it impossible to attach the legs. When I contacted the company, they refused to help, citing the 30-day delivery period.

Now, my husband is going to have to experiment and drill where the leg holes should go, and we need to pray it works. Otherwise, we'll have to buy new feet to attach to the bottom. In my opinion, this company is a scam, and I would advise against purchasing from them. They do not have quality furniture at reasonable prices. I have bought better quality furniture at Walmart!

In conclusion, I would not recommend Sofamania to anyone looking for quality furniture. The company's customer service is poor, and the products are not up to the mark. If you're looking for furniture, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Sofamania Disappointing Experience with Sofamania: Flimsy Couch, Mismatched Ottoman, and Poor Customer Service

So, I got my ottoman in a separate package from my couch, which should have been my first sign that something was off. When I opened the package, I realized that there were no tools or anything included, so I had to wait for the couch part to arrive before I could put it all together. Finally, the couch arrived, and I put it all together. It was easy to assemble, but it felt pretty flimsy and didn't seem like it would last as long as most couches do.

To make matters worse, I soon realized that my couch and ottoman didn't even match each other. I thought it would be an easy fix, so I sent them some pictures and waited for a response. When they finally got back to me, they apologized and said that they would restock the ottoman within two weeks. I was relieved, but three weeks passed by, and I still hadn't heard anything. So, I contacted them again to ask what was going on, and they told me that they actually didn't know when or if they would be restocking that ottoman. I was pretty frustrated at this point, but I tried to stay calm and asked if there was anything they could do to help me out.

The customer service representative offered to give me a refund if I mailed the ottoman back on my own dime. I was pretty annoyed by this, since it was their mistake in the first place, and I had already paid for shipping once. To make matters worse, the couch is still on their website, so I'm not sure if they're just lying about being out of that color or if they really don't care enough about their customers to correct their mistake.

Overall, I would say that my experience with Sofamania was pretty disappointing. The couch was easy to assemble, but it felt flimsy and didn't match the ottoman. The customer service was slow and unhelpful, and I ended up having to pay for shipping twice because of their mistake. If you're looking for a decent couch, I would recommend taking your money and patience elsewhere.

Sofamania sofa

I have tried a number of times calling the company to ask for a full refund, but have not been able to get thru. The Sofa came in delivered all scratched up and poor workmanship. I've attached pictures for your review to the quality of the sofa when it was delivered. I never even had the chance to put it together because we were very disappointed with the condition of the pieces.

Sofamania sofa

Purchased a sofa. Thought the style and price were too good to be true. After reading other reviews I decided to cancel my order- within hours of place my order online. The customer service phone number is an automated system "Please call your customer service representative" Repeats 3xs and then you are disconnected. I tried emailing twice. BE CAREFUL BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. How can you trust a company with a "disconnected phone line".

Sofamania irresponsible people

I saw the Atlas Zero Gravity Massage Recliner, Model REC21-PU almost 600 dollars worth on their website and fell in love with this. Without thinking a lot I just ordered it, because they promised to ship and deliver it as soon as possible.
Oh, how naive I was. Blaming myself for being so silly. The item never arrived.
After multiple calls I made it turned out that the Massage Recliner was never shipped due the unforeseen situation I was never notified about. All their customer service advised is to just wait for the issue to be fixed, refunding is impossible.
No. It's impossible to imagine I'll ever be shopping here again.
