CarFlexi review: car rental

On the afternoon of the car rental booking we were advised that there was no car available, leaving us with no car, and a 70 dollar charge on our credit card. It was then several calls before we still could not track down a company to talk to that would discuss the problem. Currently we are still not able to find anyone and are stranded with this problem and no car.

We need a refund now.
