I'm so mad right now! I mean, what kind of business is this? I thought they were supposed to help people with bad credit, but they're just taking advantage of us. I don't recommend Auto Credit Sales and Rentals, LLC to anyone. They're a bunch of crooks!

I got covid and they shut off my car and won't turn it back on until I pay. They already took it once and I had to pay $860 to get it back. Now I owe $220 for two weeks and they won't turn it on until I pay. I have another payment due on Friday but I can't work because of covid. I applied for unemployment but it takes two weeks to find out if I'll get it. CDC says I can't go to work and I have to stay home. I don't know what to do.

I jus' financed a car from Auto Credit Sales and Rentals and now my car's alternator done broke. I got a warranty on the car but the seller said they ain't gonna fix it if I can't get the car to them. They's in *** and I'm livin' in ***, so I can't get the car to them and I ain't payin' no $300-400 for a tow when that's their job. The contract don't say they'll fix the car only if I can get it to them. I done called 'em many times 'bout this and they keep hangin' up on me. I'm payin' $480/month for this car and I'm holdin' up my end of the contract but Auto Credit Sales and Rentals ain't holdin' up theirs by fixin' my car under this warranty.

I bought a car from Auto Credit Sales and Rentals, LLC and had it for 16 months. The timing belt slipped and I needed a new engine. They told me to show proof of keeping up with my services, but it's been 3 months and nothing has happened. They said their only job is to fix it, but I can't finance another car and there's no rental reimbursement. I don't even know who I'm financed with to avoid repossession. I lost my job because my car has been sitting for so long. They gave me three options: fix it, put me in another vehicle, or I have to fix it if I can't show proof. I showed proof, but still no outcome. I think it would be fair to be put in another vehicle while they have mine. I've done everything on my behalf to keep it serviced, but the system is still not right. I don't know what to do to get my car back. They only care about the money and it's not fair. It's been 3 months and my car is still sitting in line.

I was in the hospital and couldn't pay my car note. Auto Credit said they'd work with me until I got disability, but they took the car before I could pay. I was buying a 2013 Jeep from Auto Credit. I got hospitalized on ***, 2020 and couldn't pay my car note. We agreed on a payment plan until I got my disability check. The Jeep broke down and I got it towed to the Garage repair shop. While it was in the shop, I talked to a guy named Joe about the Jeep getting repaired. He said he'd call me back. Before I could get a correct dialysis of the car, Auto Credit threw all my belongings away in the car on October 30. They said they gave me a ten-day warning letter in the mail, which I never received. I had a different address on file for the company, but the letter should have been forwarded to the current address within that ten days. Auto Credit had my personal telephone number and they could have called me with the diagnosis before they took the car back. I feel like this isn't my fault and would like for at least the car not to go on my credit as a result.

I got 2 cars from this place (now in the 2nd car) and I regret it. When I got the car, the radio was broken. They said they'd fix it and clean the headlights, but they didn't. They told me to call to come in, but they were never there. The rear passenger door won't open from the outside, and we can't figure out how to put the doors on child lock. I have 2 small kids in the car that play with the door. I'm paying $440 a month for a 2014 car, which is too much. The car sounds like water is running in the dashboard and metal is clinking under the car. They said my warranty is over, and I just had a baby. I asked to trade for a bigger car, but they said I'd have to pay 80% of the car off. My 1-year-old has been bruised, and I want to get a car that can separate them peacefully. I was told not to go to auto credit, but I did. I can't take it anymore. I have to pay for mileage, but I want to be done with this.

I paid off my car and they said to come in and get the gps box removed. But then the car stopped cranking. I paid it off on January 4th and had 2 weeks to go back to Auto Credit and get it removed. On January 21st, I went to Auto Credit and was told to go to the auto shop next door to get the gps box removed. I asked the guy if it would cause problems and he said sometimes it can. He removed the box and a few days later, the car stopped cranking altogether. I called Wynes Automotive Center and they couldn't find the issue. They did a second diagnostic test and found that the wire harness was still attached and shortcuts were taken. I paid $251 for towing and tests. When I called Auto Credit, the guy was rude and dismissive. He didn't ask for my name or anything. He said they've taken off a million of those boxes and never had a problem. He eventually hung up on me. I called back several times and left a voicemail but haven't heard back.
