Snap Fitness review: membership

I stopped at Snap Fitness in Swartz Creek, Mi. on January 29, 2016, to get a entry card so I could use my membership. Chris told me I hadn't been paying my dues, I said I have been a member since 2008 and you have debited my checking account on the first of each month every month. He said can you prove that I said yes, I went home and got my bank statement and showed him. He said those payments have not been going to our club they have been going to a club in North Carolina. I said how is that happening when I have only been to this club? He said he didn't know but I needed to contact that club. I tried to contact that club but could never get a response, I have contacted my financial institution and stopped payment, I am out $439.60 for the eight months that my dues have been going to this club in North Carolina. I do not feel it is up to me to resolve this issue, I only gave my information to the Snap Fitness located at 9136 Miller Road in Swartz Creek, Mi. Someone owes me $439.60 or a year's free membership to Snap. Then after the year is up I will consider paying yearly for my membership so I do not have to give any of my personal information to them.
