Parker and Simpson - rolly tobacco
I purchase $300 worth of Parker and Simpson cigarettes and tobacco each week from Coles. I like the product but there appears to be a flaw in manufacturing the product. The rolly tobacco is increasingly being packaged unprocessed and full leaves or stem appears in the product that is unusable. With the cost going up and up this is unacceptable. Please rectify or improve Quality management.

Peter Jackson - fresh burst blue cigarettes
Twice in 3wks now, I have bought a packet of peter jackson original blue + fresh burst (because I only smoke menthol/fresh) and i've pulled out a cigarette, popped it & lit it but it still tastes like a normal cigarette and it makes me gag!! I check to make sure it's been 'popped', which it has, but it is still a normal cigarette! Two packets with 1 smoke in each that has popped but didnt become fresh, so I can't smoke them!

Ordered in early August, all kinds of problems finding acceptable payment method. Finslly received word they were shipped, said they could take a month (from Kansas to Arkansas??) but they never arrived and now their website is down. So I'm out my money!!! I opened the pouch to make a smoke and found a very long hair tangled up in the tabbaco this is the second time this year it has happened to me the first time I didn't repot a complaint the second time I had to that is wrong to find hair inside a brand new pouch I hope it never happens again to me or any one else I can send in the tabbaco with the hair in it to u guys as proof
