Whiteox review: Tobacco

Hi I have been purchasing whiteox tobacco now for 15 years. Going back on the 27/01/21 I purchased a pouch and totally discussed with it 70 o/o loose crumbs 20 o/o thick chunky strands that won't burn and little bit of good tobacco. I have photos as well. I honestly never complain but this packet was the worst I have ever came across it's like the last packet on assembly line and they just grab the big thick strands and all the loose tobacco to make the packet. I honestly even took it back to gailes 4 square shop were I purchased it from complaining and showing them they told me to complain to yous. I do think I should be given another pouch in return thanks shawn wehlisch 39 hogan street gailes ipswich qld 4300
